Today we had the pleasure of having lunch at Antichi e Nuovi Sapori in Manziana, and we can only define it as an excellent experience from every point of view. The restaurant welcomed us with a warm and familiar atmosphere, perfectly in line with the name it bears: a clever combination of tradition and a touch of modernity. The dishes were simply delicious: very fresh ingredients, preparations with attention to detail and authentic flavours, which describe the territory with passion. From the appetizer to the dessert, each course was a pleasant discovery, accompanied by attentive, friendly and never intrusive service. A lunch that turned into a special moment, thanks also to the tranquility of the place and the beauty of the context. Highly recommended for those looking for genuine cuisine, rich in taste and heart. We will definitely be back!

You eat well and drink better. The meat is excellent. The carbonara with wild asparagus could be improved. The service is also very good, always ready for every need. It's a shame that it's a little far from Rome, but it's worth returning for further tastings

Ristorante pizzeria accogliente e con servizio cortese e professionale. Abbiamo provato le pizze. Tutte farcite con ingredienti di qualità. Impasto leggero e digeribile. I piatti del ristorante erano molto invitanti. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente. Consiglio la prenotazione.

Eravamo alle terme di Stigliano e abbiamo deciso di venire a mangiarci una pizza da Antichi sapori. Abbiamo mangiato due ottimi suppli e due pizze. Una delle due pizze era di tipo gourmet, con cipolla, guanciale e pecorino. Ottima! Infine una crostata ricotta e visciole. Tutto molto buono, servizio rapido e gentile.
