Ristorante top a Parabita nel Salento . Ottima qualità del cibo con prodotti di prima scelta, cucinate in maniera sapiente come da tradizione salentina. Ottimo il servizio e l’accoglienza e un rapporto qualità prezzo difficile da trovare !!! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Complimenti ❤️

En entrant, nous savions déjà que notre repas serait exceptionnel et ce fut le cas. Le restaurant était bondé de client et malgré tout nous avons reçu un service impeccable. Nourriture de qualité, choix varié , cuisson impeccable Un restaurant authentique sans prétention ou la nourriture est roi. Portion généreuse - Desserts succulents TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT

05/03/2025: We went this evening, we had two "cunzate" potatoes which were very good, a pizza which wasn't much and then a grilled beef fillet which was half meat and half connective tissue, you couldn't even cut it with a knife...More scene than quality
02/03/2025: I never write reviews because I don't feel the need to. This time it's different: very kind staff, good pizza and my daughter's meatballs were super appreciated; he ate them all! All good and all beautiful.

16/03/2025: Nice place, super friendly staff and quick service, great food. A cacio e pepe with excellent fresh pasta! Truly like being in Rome. I will definitely be back!
15/03/2025: I took advantage of the 30% discount with the fork to test one of the historic trattorias themed around Roman cuisine in the city. The place itself is not very big, it accommodates about ten tables plus others in the outdoor space. The peculiarity of the place is certainly given by the presence of two large chandeliers and in the paintings in which all the main dishes of Roman cuisine are represented. As an appetizer we took a farmer's appetizer: a pear cut in half horizontally into large pieces, in the middle some slices of pecorino romano, some peeled walnuts and the presence of honey. A perfect mix: the freshness of the pear combined with the saltiness of the pecorino with the addition of the sweetness of the honey and the crunchiness of the walnuts. As a first course I took a carbonara and the person who shared the table with me a cacio e pepè. Type of pasta: fresh tonnarelli. The carbonara was simply perfect, I have no other words to describe it. I also tried the cacio e pepè which was also very tasty. To drink we had a glass of wine, a beer and a bottle of water. I would have liked to try a second course but we were really full. I hope to return to try other dishes. I forgot: The owner and the waiting staff were very kind and helpful.
