The ambiance reflects the attention to detail, with fresh flowers at the entrance, light installations, pendants, and some warm furnishings. The dishes are truly beautiful and range from traditional to vegetarian options. I appreciated the "DIABETIAMO" section on the menu (the menu that lists fats, proteins, and carbohydrates), created in collaboration with the PROVINCIA DI PARMA diabetes association. The staff is friendly and professional.
