Domenica sera , di passaggio e con un pò di fretta mi affido a The Fork e trovo inaspettatamente questo ristorante che in più accetta gli Yums accumulati

Locale intimo , buona mise en place e tovagliato che giustifica il coperto a due euro
Scelgo il tris di carni alla brace (24 euro), il mezzo galletto è senza infamia e senza lode, la salsiccia è buona, quello che penso fosse un sottofiletto è molto bruciato all'esterno ma comunque mangiabile, chi era con me ha degustato una ottima tagliata di Angus
Abbiamo condiviso un buon tiramisù, classico e cremoso
Un plauso al personale giovanissimo, molto cordiale e veloce
La cena è stata innaffiata da un ottimo bicchiere di barbera, il conto da 75 euro è stato correttamente scontato di 50 euro per la promozione
Sicuramente senza promozioni il costo mi è sembrato un pò alto, avessimo preso un secondo piatto sarebbe lievitato ad almeno 110 euro, comunque lascio a chi legge trarre le proprie conclusioni

Sunday lunch as a couple.
A little dated but welcoming, very intimate atmosphere.
We chose tasting menus.
Starter: Piedmontese fassona steak with truffle petals, delicate and well balanced.
First course: beetroot risotto with parmesan fondue and crunchy sausage, pleasant and well made, very delicate.
Second course: cheek braised with Nebbiolo, an excellent and successful dish.
Dessert: pistachio bavarois, the "icing on the cake", very good, very delicate.
With a good glass of wine the result is guaranteed!
Add to this the waiter, Samuele, who absolutely lived up to expectations, perhaps even beyond, competent, friendly, helpful, and was able to create a truly pleasant environment.
Do you want to see professionalism in a young waiter? Here, this is the case!
In the end we had a very good time, we will return.
Price slightly high, but the service lived up to expectations.

Pranzo domenicale in coppia. Ambiente un po' datato ma accogliente, molto intimo. Abbiamo scelto menù degustazione.
Antipasto: battuta di fassona piemontese con petali di tartufo, delicata e ben equilibrata. Primo: risotto alla barbabietola con fonduta al parmigiano reggiano e croccante di salsiccia, piacevole e ben realizzato, molto delicato.
Secondo: guanciotto brasata al nebbiolo, ottimo piatto ben riuscito.
Dessert: bavarese al pistacchio, la "ciliegina sulla torta", molto buona, delicatissima.
Con un buon calice di vino il risultato è garantito!
Aggiungeteci il cameriere, Samuele, assolutamente all'altezza delle aspettative, forse anche oltre, competente, cordiale, disponibile, ha saputo creare un ambiente davvero piacevole. Volete vedere la professionalità in un giovane cameriere, ecco, questo è il caso!
Alla fine ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci torneremo. Prezzo, leggermente alto ma il servizio si è dimostrato all'altezza delle aspettative.

Better than expected! The food is good and the place is really nice. Decently priced. Wonderful if you are staying at the hotel as I was. Very convenient - don't even have to go outside.

An unexpected find! Great food for a hotel next to the airport, with friendly staff and great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised! Gluten free options available including gluten free pasta

Excellent food accompanied by excellent quality wines and impeccable service.

Today Christmas lunch with the family was a disappointment for me. Started at 1.30pm and the wait between one course and the next was very long. Most of the dishes were cold also because the food arrived from the kitchen far from the room where we were. The waiters had to walk along an outside sidewalk with serving dishes and until they reached the table the food was cold. At 6pm the dessert finally arrived then we left without having the coffee because at this point I don't know when it would arrive. Note that the lunch was paid in full a week before, this had never happened to me... I can understand a deposit but the balance is too much. I certainly won't make good publicity. I understand that you had many guests but if you are not able perhaps it is better to have fewer to be able to provide a better service

A very elegant and refined restaurant located next to Turin airport (Caselle). I was expecting perhaps a little more in terms of the quality of the ingredients but all in all I really enjoyed most of the dishes. The service was attentive and professional. I recommend it to anyone passing through instead of the usual fast food restaurants.
