We picked this restaurant while in Florence due to reviews we read online. We loved the experience and have only great feelings about the entire evening. We chose the nine course meal. Every. Purse was well prepared and wonderful. We liked the idea of the mystery menu. Our server some perfect English and was a true professional in his craft. This restaurant is not for persons going to Florence for Steak or the pasta/ pizza experience, but if you are a food lover and enjoy a fantastic culinary experience, you will love this. We highly recommend this restaurant for foodies and lovers of innovative and creative cuisine!

I was really looking forward to trying a more cutting edge dining experience. Sadly my expectation were not met. The food is not as unusual or creative as you are lead to believe and cooking techniques would have been new a decade ago. Given the high price point I anticipated use of more exotic and interesting ingredients. The meat course was way too salty and ,y wife barely touched hers. There was no acknowledgement and no effort to address her dislike. Service was fine and the two glasses of wine we drank were interesting and tasty. Sadly this is not a wine bar so in summary quite disappointing.

02/04/2024: Very good pizza by the slice, I would only suggest a few more vegan/vegetarian options on the menu so as not to exclude anyone from this culinary experience.

15/02/2024: Premetto che è stata un'esperienza positiva, il locale è molto gradevole e la pizza da me ordinata, una Margherita con bufala, è stata una delle più leggere e digeribili che io abbia mangiato. Anche il dessert, un tortino con cuore caldo al pistacchio è stato da leccarsi i baffi. Il tutto coronato da un servizio ineccepibile. Non do il massimo dei voti per i prezzi che ho trovato sinceramente un po' alti e anche per il fatto che nel menù i dessert non ci sono, quindi il clente non sa quanto va a spendere ( 7,50 euro per la cronaca) . Se non avessimo avuto la promozione di the Fork , che ci consentiva di scalare 50 euro dal conto, avremmo speso 30 euro a testa per una pizza, una birra piccola, dolce e caffè. Troppo. Altra cosa, la musica di sottofondo...2 ore di Fabrizio De André di sabato sera sono troppe 😉
