Sono stato poco fa a cena in questa trattoria invitato da un amico. Per fortuna che stamattina avevamo prenotato, perché il locale si è rivelato pienissimo di avventori nonostante oggi sia solo mercoledì. Il menù tende più all'Emilia Romagna che alla Toscana. Ho apprezzato molto le dimensioni delle porzioni, tali da soddisfare anche i camionisti più affamati. Ottima la gramigna verde con la salsiccia e i tortelloni con i funghi. Squisita la cotoletta alla bolognese con le verdure cotte e anche il capocollo ai ferri con le patate arrosto. L'unica porzione ridotta (ma meglio così) è stata quella della zuppa inglese. Non era particolarmente buono il vino bianco in caraffa servito a temperatura ambiente (sarebbe stato meglio fresco). Il conto è stato onesto, con un piccolo sconto e un limoncello offerto. E' incredibile la efficiente cameriera che in mezzo a tutta quella baraonda di gente si ricorda le ordinazioni a memoria.

Pranziamo nel locale in una giornata di pioggia e ci lasciamo consigliare sulla scelta dei piatti del giorno. Lasagne molto delicate che accontentano tutti i palati con lode, mentre pasta con la salsiccia anonima e poco saporita. Ci consoliamo con un sorbetto al limone. Nel paese pensiamo sia un presidio storico, frequentato anche dalla gente del posto. Ok per chi e'alla ricerca di un locale tipico.

Very good The following evening, that is, tonight, we ordered gramigna with sausage and sliced ​​beef with fried artichokes. Everything was excellent and the meat was really tender and tasty.
