The quality of the dishes is excellent, both the first courses (tried tortelli, tagliatelle and pisarei with excellent sauce) and the second courses (tender and juicy cheek). Definitely of a good standard for typical Piacenza dishes. Advised. Average prices and excellent house wine.

The fixed lunch menu offers two choices between first and second courses, and you can often enjoy delicious, even quite sophisticated dishes. The premises are welcoming, the courteous staff recommended.

Tornando dall'Oktrepò per un viaggio in seconda casa ci siamo fermati a mangiare, tagliatelle al ragù d'asino e brasato d'asino con polenta. Abbiamo pulito i piatti, tutto strabuono, caldo e non unto. Pulizia locale e bagni, da Grand Hotel, personale educato, rispettoso, gentilissimo. Al menu aggiungiamo due dolci due acqua grandi, totale 65 euro. Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Torneremo!

Went today for lunch with the family, ate these wonderful tagliatelle with donkey ragù, really good, I recommend them, then polenta with braised donkey, homemade tiramisu and chantilly cream with berries, very nice place (better to book) staff very kind and welcoming, helpful, clean environment, parking outside the restaurant for about ten spaces, if you pass through those parts go there ;) we will definitely be back;)

One of the best restaurants we ate at this year.... Mouth-watering. Score 10 cum laude for Availability, friendliness and maximum attention to the customer.

Mid-August day, without reservation. Quite crowded place, they let us sit anyway. Fixed menu, appetizer of Piacenza cured meats with fried gnocco, typical ravioli with butter and sage, risotto with goat blue (really good), roast beef a little too red and without condiments, spectacular duck with figs....a little sweet sad, chantilly cream with berries. The food was good, the two waitresses were kind and helpful, the service was good. Price a little high, but it's mid-August, that's okay!
