I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and was really impressed. The cuisine is a perfect combination of Tuscan and Lucca tradition, with interesting touches of originality that make each dish unique. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, and the care taken in choosing fresh and local ingredients is noticeable. The dishes are prepared and presented with great attention: the homemade first courses are truly special, an authentic taste experience that I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fresh pasta. The service is also impeccable: the staff is attentive, professional and very courteous, making the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. A culinary experience definitely worth repeating and recommending!

What a find! We literally searched on Google maps for a local restaurant and found Stefani which was open early at 7pm. Fine dining, fabulous food, great local wine list. We loved it!

Overall rating good but not excellent; if you are in the area you can easily stop because both the food and the service are not bad but being far away perhaps it would not be worth making a special trip.

23/11/2024: Sublime! Discovered thanks to reviews on Instagram, I can say without a doubt that it is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. Each dish, from the classics to the gluten-free ones, is prepared at home with extraordinary care, including the delicious cod ravioli. An experience that even surpasses that of Milanese restaurants. Congratulations indeed, very good!
23/11/2024: A Piacenza wine bar restaurant in Pietrasanta, just outside the historic center. Two internal rooms with a few tables and an external terrace. Courteous and quick service. Mainly land menu with local dishes. Average prices.
