Always at the top, I've been going there for 40 years, many generations have passed, the place has changed, but the experience and the atmosphere are always the same.

A classic Tuscan restaurant, serving classic reliable dishes based on traditional recipes, with one of the best Florentine steaks.

We went to this trattoria on a recommendation from a customer, and I have to say it was a fabulous discovery... the staff were very friendly, and the food was truly special. We had their crostini platter, followed by a Florentine steak that was buttery good, and my son had tagliolini with mushrooms that were mouth-watering... My compliments, everything was truly special... I'll definitely be making a detour to eat here every time I'm in the area.

What can I say? This ancient trattoria in Siena always excites and time seems to stand still. I've known it for over 20 years, but it's always as exciting as the first time. I recommend everyone stop by for a TRUE Tuscan meal!

Okay... But it could be much better. There were four of us, and the waitress was already taking our order without anything to write on... Something must have gone wrong... Some things never arrived... Raw penne, tagliolini with porcini mushrooms that tasted more like pepper than porcini mushrooms... And sometimes a smile is worth more than a thousand things...
