Excellent restaurant with knowledgeable staff.

My family and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening in early November. The restaurant is in a truly picturesque location, right behind the fish market, accessible via a picturesque little bridge. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, and the service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. The cuisine is excellent, with well-crafted dishes and quality ingredients. Everything is delicious, but special mention goes to the appetizers and desserts. The prices are in line with the Venetian average. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Venetian experience, far from the typical "tourist trap" restaurants.

We went for dinner on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was packed, but that didn't mean the staff lacked attention: on the contrary! They were kind, professional, and elegantly dressed. The menu is well-curated, and the chef's creations showcase local ingredients while also offering that extra touch that sets them apart from the rest. Let's get to the dishes: the selection of cicchetti is a must-try (especially the creamed cod), but don't necessarily add the touch of pepper sauce; the fillet steak with merlot was very well-balanced; and the chocolate dessert with raspberry ice cream was a must-try. The idea of ​​having the desserts served in the dining room was spot-on. The prices are mid-to-high range, but in my opinion they're entirely deserved: the entrance to the restaurant is like a postcard. An experience worth trying.
