We visited this trattoria, which reminded me of times gone by, both for the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, and, last but not least, its price. In short, a leap back in time, where conviviality, simplicity, and the quality of the food were the determining factors in saying, "We had a great time."

I ate a very tasty Italian Florentine steak, cooked well... just what I was looking for... side dishes to match...

We tried both the grilled food for dinner and the fixed-price lunch menu, which was really good, everything was well cooked and the portions were generous!

I was with a group of people. They are not organized for large numbers all together like we were (44 people), but with small tables. SERVICE: very disorganized, they didn't have plates and especially cups for everyone, you asked for water it didn't arrive until after the third request and not only that. There are a few things to review about the service. FOOD: good, well prepared (always for small groups that are easier to manage), but nothing to complain about, on the contrary. ADVICE: to anyone who passes by to eat at this place, ask for the grill. Absolutely top! Cooked to perfection, tasty, good, soft. Compliments.

After seeing the trattorias in the area we decided to book by phone. Unfortunately we could stop for a very short time because we had an excursion to do at 3:00 pm. The entrance deserves to be more valued but when you enter, the environment is informal but pleasant, in line with the place and with expectations, a real trattoria with real managers, like those of the past. They were very kind and allowed us to respect the limited time. Characteristic, simple and genuine cuisine. I go from memory: pappardelle with wild boar, baked potatoes, sautéed chicory; good house red wine. Generous portions, water, coffee, bitter. They also offer a tourist menu and a truly interesting assortment of grilled meats. Given the quality of the dishes and the prices, I promise to return with other friends!

Trattoria located in Tuscania Sophisticated menu: The menu offers a variety of dishes, with particular attention to meat of all types, starters, first courses and second courses. Courteous staff: The owner is very approachable and very attentive to detail, the staff is very courteous. They have an EXCELLENT quality of meat for me and I say TOP because I often eat meat in restaurants (around Italy) but I have not found a better one both in cooking and in the product. Excellent wines to pair with the dish. The price is accessible to everyone I guarantee it. They have menus starting from €18, first course, second course and side dish. And also from €25 with a first course and steak or steak with side dish, or à la carte menu. So for all budgets, but the quality is the same. I highly recommend it. Bon appetit 🍽🍾
