It was recommended to me by a B&B, and I must say that the advice has never been more spot on. If you are in Tuscania or the surrounding area, if you love fabulous meat, then book a table at this excellent restaurant. The owner is an experienced captain in the catering industry, and it is no coincidence that he works on the front line, masterfully managing the grill department. Polite and professional table staff. I forgot, reviews often look for prices. Well, unbelievable those too. A rich platter with fried food for two. A large and tasty cut with chicory. A slice of parmesan chicken and rocket, half a liter of red wine, water and coffee less than €50.

Together with my family we have been customers for years and we return regularly and always leave more than satisfied!
A must in the province of Viterbo for grilled meat but also meat first courses!

I definitely got the order wrong. Excellent grilled meat, while I was not satisfied with the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms because the menu does not specify whether fresh or frozen products (they were frozen).
The manager is a very friendly and welcoming person, for this reason I will return to try the grilled meat which looked decidedly inviting!!!

The simplicity and quality of the raw materials combined with the expert hands of the restaurant staff mean that the experience will be repeated.
The owner, wearing a characteristic bandana, is preparing the grilled meat; from his barbecue station he gives directions, suggestions and then prepares excellence for you.
He's really good.
The final surprise is the bill, absolutely competitive!!!
Certainly the place and the menu are simple and without frills, but on the other hand you go to a restaurant to eat and feel good!!

We were there for the first time today. For the lunch menu - for me fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, Bracola (cutlet) fresh from the grill, side dishes of fried potatoes with herbs, chard. A quarter liter of red house wine, 1 espresso. 18€ per person. Unbeatable!

Went there again after many years and were thrilled by the quality, selection and prices: lunch menu 15€, since 10/2/24, 18€ including pasta, main course, side dish, wine, water and café. Really good home cooking, not to mention the steaks. The atmosphere is also very quaint.

Some friends spoke very well to me about this place but expectations were lower than reality!! Fantastic food, juicy meat, very pleasant house wine, spectacular tartare: I am very, very satisfied!! After all, Tonino Cannavacciuolo also ate at Santino's.. 🔝
