We stumbled upon it by chance and truly appreciated not only the excellent food but also the friendliness and hospitality of the owner....we love typical Lombard dishes and will definitely be back!!!

Lunch at this restaurant was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attentive and friendly service that makes you feel at home. The dishes are simply delicious: very fresh mushrooms, an authentic-tasting porcini pasta and one with enchanting truffle shavings. For the second course I had a very tender meat enriched with fragrant truffle shavings. Every bite was a pleasure! A perfect place for those who love genuine cuisine and want to enjoy a relaxing lunch in a family environment. I will definitely be back!

È sempre un piacere ritornare all’Isola ed essere coccolati come in famiglia Il tartufo la fa da padrone e per gli amanti come me non c’è cosa migliore che assaporare i piatti proposti con semplicità ma veramente eccellenti Che dire tutto perfetto Grazie

25/09/2025: This place was interesting. I sat upstairs which was nice because I had a good view of the road. The food was OK. A bit, over hyped I'd say. Honestly the whole vibe was kind of stuffy. The waiter I had seemed indifferent to being a waiter. The people I met down stairs were much warmer. The wine selection was nice but woefully over priced.
12/09/2025: The place was almost empty, which should have raised a red flag for me, but the reviews were good so I went on. Average food at best, eatable but no taste , what happened to the famous Italian seasoning ? service is unbelievable bad, we got the bread that usually comes at the beginning near the ens of our meal.
