Conosco da molti anni questo ristorante. Una certezza per qualità delle materie prime, ingredienti e ospitalità. Tutto eccellente, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Personalmente adoro gli agnolotti di brasato e il brasato. Oltre alle paste fresche con tartufo sia bianco che nero. E in inverno la Casseoula, non può mancare. Consigliato, merita davvero.

Excellent first and second courses. It is a Lombard trattoria of a certain refinement where you can taste traditional dishes. Family run. While waiting, sliced ​​salami is offered. The loose red which is a Nebbiolo is excellent. I asked for the tagliatelle with mushrooms, which was not on the menu and I paid an extra €5 to the €20 for the tagliatelle. The sautéed potatoes were not very sautéed... I find the prices of the main courses honest but those of the "side dish" (water covered, coffee and desserts) expensive. However, the second courses we tasted were excellent and plentiful, we left satisfied. The bill for two was €70. The rooms are spacious, tables well spaced from each other, which perhaps contributes to making the atmosphere somewhat "cold", despite the vintage furnishings. It is located inside a courtyard and there are geese outside.

La domanda "andiamo fuori a mangiare ?" è innocente e , la scelta del ristorante è in ece dettata da molti fattori, gusto personale, soldi in tasca, compagnia, tempo disponibile e altre opzioni. Quando si vuole andare in un posto dove gustare pietanze della tradizione locale, sapientemente preparati con equilibrio e rispetto della ricetta originale, con una scelta ricercata degli ingredienti base e, il che non guasta, accolti e consigliati con gentilezza e rispetto dal proprietario impeccabile in sala, il posto è la locanda dell'isola, pochi fronzoli ed invenzioni, ma tradizione e sapori unici. Il prezzo è in linea con ristoranti di alta classe e la bontà dei piatti compensa e fa dimenticare la location un po' datata. Bravi !
