Absolutely worth a visit. We chose this restaurant by chance for lunch while traveling on the A1, just minutes from the Montelupo highway exit. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the meat selection excellent, and the wine list well-stocked. The service was impeccable, and the menu catered to all allergens (we are lactose intolerant, and there was a wide selection, including dessert). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent dinner at this splendid trattoria, where the aroma of grilled meat alone is worth the experience. The Wagyu menu was a definite nod, as was the tiramisu! A great culinary stop if you're looking for a truly premium meat in the land of steaks.

I returned to this place, which has decided to innovate.
The menu is completely new and not suited to my budget.
It's become a steak house with high-quality meats, and I wouldn't call it a "Trattoria."
The value.
If you want premium meats (Kobe) and can afford it, this place, at least for the food, might be the right one.
I don't think there are others in the area as well-stocked with high-quality meats and with an adequate wine list.
Atmosphere: It's improved compared to how I remembered it. The exterior is more elegant, but the interior seemed the same. Honestly, in my humble opinion, I find a discrepancy between the menu and the service, or rather, the architecture of the place.
Service:
Young and kind people, who, in my opinion, still have a lot to learn when it comes to serving certain dishes.
The kindness is there, but be careful not to flaunt it. Kindness comes from within.
Personally, I really appreciated the desire to improve and reinvent themselves.

Let's define the term Trattoria:
"A trattoria is a type of restaurant, generally family-run, that offers home-style, traditional cuisine, often at more affordable prices than more formal restaurants. The term derives from the French "traiteur," meaning "one who prepares and handles food," related to the Latin "tractare," meaning to treat or prepare. Trattorias are often characterized by a welcoming and informal atmosphere, with a particular focus on regional and local dishes."
So, in my opinion, the term trattoria isn't the most appropriate name. You see meats from various parts of Italy and around the world.
That said, the dishes we ate were good and well-served.

We went for the first time this evening. I'd say the selection of Angus beef was excellent, along with a great wine. Excellent service, and the owner was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I went there last night for dinner with my partner. It was our first time there, and we left after dinner very satisfied, both with the dinner and because we found the people who welcomed us very kindly. Seeing young people always polite and with a joke makes you feel at ease. And the lady, whose name I can't remember now, was always kind in asking if you liked the dishes and explaining each course. We promised each other we'd return very soon.

Ottima accoglienza, carne di qualità. Prezzi nella norma per il Wagyu (che come è noto è piuttosto caro) ma ne è valsa sicuramente la pena.
