09/11/2025: Two days... two dinners that will remain deeply etched in your memory. When food becomes deeply embedded in the memories of an experience. It wasn't easy to find something strongly tied to the local area among a vast selection of international and supercool options... but for those, like us, who seek traditional flavors, who seek food as a culture, THIS is the right place. Fast, simple, homely service. You feel welcomed "at home." Tasty food, house wine (red) that perfectly complemented every course. My only regret... not being able to try the casseoula because it wasn't yet in season... all the more reason to reorganize! This demonstrates their professionalism and respect for seasonality! Oh, and I forgot... there's no risotto alla milanese because they're serious and take care of their customers... a recipe that requires preparation times that wouldn't guarantee instantaneous preparation... a real treat for my ears.
