Five stars for excellence. Four for satisfaction. Local tasting menu. Appetizer: Salted beef carpaccio with arugula and smoked ricotta. First course: Strangolapreti with butter and sage and Trentingrana cheese. Second course: Stewed venison bites with Storo polenta. Dessert: Lele strudel with fresh cream. Water, glass of wine, coffee €38. 4* well deserved.

A little gem in Trento.
We had dinner this evening. The atmosphere was super comfortable and welcoming, the waiters were very kind, and the food was fantastic.
We had two first courses (recommended: canederli and tagliatelle with venison ragù), and the icing on the cake was the treccia mochena, a must-try. I can't wait to go back; it was a great experience!

Visited during the Christmas markets, this elegant restaurant in the city center offers traditional Trentino dishes. Incredible flavors, reservations recommended.

It was a shame we didn't get a table outside, even though we hadn't reserved one. The delicious dishes more than compensated for this disappointment.

A wonderful experience! We had the ostrich, incredibly tender, and the marinated trout in a tomato base. Simply delicious!!
We absolutely recommend it, both for traditional Trentino cuisine and for a revisited take on local cuisine!

A restaurant that has remained in our hearts.
We sampled a wonderful charcuterie platter, delicate blueberry tagliatelle with venison ragù, a plate of polenta with mushrooms, a tender Angus steak, and a truly delicious roast beef carpaccio.
Everything was prepared with care and love.
We regret staying only one night, because it would have certainly become our favorite place. The tagliatelle won us over at first bite, and the Angus beef was so tender it melted in our mouths.
The family-run service was a constant pampering: smiles, kindness, and an attentive but never intrusive presence.
The restaurant is charming, elegant, yet with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home.
A special experience we will carry with us. A must-try, and a must-love experience.
