Overall a welcoming and nice environment (I mean the location), the owners a bit hasty and not very attentive, but then again it is in the DNA of some Genoese DOCG; the wait while seated both to order and to eat was exhausting, from when I sat down to ordering 20 minutes passed and then I waited another 30 minutes for the first course, I don't know how many staff they have in the kitchen but having many waiters and an empty kitchen is of little use, even if there were 2 in the dining room serving plus the sporadic help of the owner; the second course was lost between one table and another, poor portions (priest's hat or holster), as for the dishes nothing to say about the quality of the fried food I have to say it was good, dry fried food "but poor" .... the icing on the cake was when I asked for the salt ..... the owner started asking in the middle of the room facing the guests who had the salt on the table, well .... taking stock, the food nothing to complain about, if you like waiting a long time, not being considered almost and paying NOT LITTLE this is the place for you, obviously this is my opinion but ..... based on the facts that happened to me that day, a Monday (closing day in the normal period of the year) with EUROFLORA 2025 in progress and at 2:00 pm still people waiting for a table; I understand the desire to have more seats/cash but not at the expense of seated customers

I wasn't particularly impressed. I found the food mediocre, portions not at all large. We had ordered a starter for two and I had asked for an empty plate so we could share it but the dish never arrived. The staff was a little worried probably due to the numerous unexpected presences following Euroflora 2025

Stopped by chance, the nice and hospitable manager, second course, excellent dessert and fish ravioli, spaghetti with clams unfortunately full of sand, high cost and portions for children, too bad!

Let me start by saying that I had a great lunch with the owners who care about their customers. the only flaw, in my opinion, is the scarcity of portions (20 splendid fish ravioli). 6 spoonfuls of cooked stock and, for my wife, 5 breaded anchovies..
.it seems poor to me, in fact afterwards I went to the fair to eat a sandwich. Now I'm not saying to go on gargantuan binges but a little more abundance wouldn't be bad. I understand that these are lunches for those who go to the fair, i.e. tourists, but here we are ruining a beautiful thing just because we have short arms!!!!

L'obiettivo specifico, visita completa al cimitero monumentale di Stagliano , accompagnato da un giorno di pioggia battente ma ripagato dal sito a tratti spettrale altri naturalistici, comunque molto suggestivo per concludersi con l'obiettivo secondo,un buon pranzetto in zona centro/porto antico.Locale datato ma ampiamente rigenerato,reso ospitale dalla presenza vigile e vivace di Alfredo,il titolare, accompagnato dalla moglie, discreta e determinata.Trenette antica Genova , stoccafisso accomodato bignè ripieni di baccalà fritti, parfait di zabaione tortino di mele vino bianco Vermentino...ecco,tutte queste bontà ci hanno deliziato.Non ultimo, la squisita ospitalità dei proprietari

Not easy to find for those who don't know Genoa, refined atmosphere, very good Ligurian cuisine, some specialties such as stuffed anchovies, sea bass crepe, apple and calvados pie, crème caramel... and then the mister, friendly and surprising... let him play something!

The owners are very nice people who love to communicate with visitors and share the history of the city and cooking traditions. The cuisine is of the highest level, everything is wonderful here, the atmosphere matches the cuisine. We will definitely return more than once. Thank you.

Sono stato a pranzo con la mia ragazza, abbiamo preso le acciughe (di cui ho fatto il bis), i muscoli, le trofiette ai sapori di mare, il baccalà e due dolci.
Tutto buonissimo, la proprietaria di una gentilezza e attenzioni uniche.
