Ho cenato qui circa un mese fa assieme ad un mio amico; entrambi conoscevamo già la location anche se era da molto tempo che non venivamo qui. Che dire? L'ambiente si presenta come quello di allora, con tratti prevalenti di arredo antico misti ad un tocco di eleganza moderna. Il mio amico ha ordinato come primo il risotto al tartufo con parmigiano mentre io ho scelto una costata di Sashi finlandese da circa 6/7 etti assieme a diversi contorni di verdure e patate; infine abbiamo concluso entrambi la serata con due tiramisù fatti in casa. A detta del mio amico, il risotto al tartufo era molto buono e ben cotto. Per quanto riguarda la carne, nulla da dire sulla scelta della materia prima, anche se personalmente avrei preferito che la carne fosse stata cotta leggermente di meno così da darle la giusta cottura al sangue che io di solito prediligo; al cuore era infatti, a mio avviso, troppa cotta! Eccellenti i tiramisù, tra l'altro serviti molto abbondanti...di certo qui da Romano non si lesina sulla quantità!! Ambiente pulito, e personale, specialmente il titolare, abbastanza simpatico e molto professionale. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono e all'altezza del cibo che abbiamo mangiato...qui i risotti e le carni in generale sono i loro cavalli di battaglia!

The internal room with the majolica stupa is excellent. The service is the food. Wide choice of wines. I want to come back in the summer to eat on the veranda.

I have known Romano for a long time, a wonderful person and very professional in his work, I have also been in the restaurant sector for about 15 years, I must say that I have always had a good time, excellent cuisine and excellent selection of wines, as soon as I have the opportunity and I am in the Vicenza area I don't think twice about going to him to eat something excellent, furthermore when I recommended the restaurant to some of my clients or friends, I only received positive feedback. I was here with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary and I couldn't have made a better choice. Very nice place, owner and staff above expectations in terms of competence and way of treating the customer. The meat tasting menu has a more than honest price and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to fully savor the potential that this restaurant can have. The raw rib and the appetizers were truly exceptional and the rest also really satisfied our palates. We will definitely be back and I hope very soon. Congratulations again to the owner with whom I had a chat because I truly understood the passion and research behind everything he offers...BRAVI!!!
