Antica trattoria con Calma, discovered thanks to the excellent reviews and many sites that recommend it for the authenticity and goodness of the products. Apart from the service which varied based on who came to the table, the food and environment were truly exceptional and overall very highly recommended. Piedmontese mixed fried food and bagnacauda (original) are truly unsurpassed. Very well-kept location which, thanks to its position, is not at all touristy. Careful and high-quality choice of wines as well as the menu. Truly recommended for work dinners, business dinners, anniversaries and why not even between friends.

Very nice place on the first hill of Turin, kind and helpful staff, really good food, even the cake I asked for for the birthday we were celebrating was delicious and beautiful to look at. What can I say... see you next time

On Sunday for lunch they were placed outside in a nice welcoming place, chrome bar garden chairs not very comfortable, we ate well overall, perhaps the agnolotti with roast sauce which was a bit bland and of medium-low quality, our waiter was very professional but the other two who helped left something to be desired, the quality/price ratio was too high, there are places that with 30 euros each will let you eat and the quality is the same if not better, location and waiter ok, food for the price in short.

Location romantica soprattutto mel dehor, impreziosito dalle lucine alle vetrate. Piatti deliziosi a prezzi onesti per qualità e porzioni. Titolare e persomale di sala molto gentili. Torneremo per assaggiare il fritto misto.

Scegliamo con cura questo ristorante perché alla vigilia di Natale, nonostante l’imminente festività, si può scegliere il menù à la carte. Il primo impatto è negativo perché veniamo fatti accomodare in una sala affollatissima, ad un tavolino striminzito vicino al banco del bar. La cena inizia con una dimenticanza: a noi non viene servito l’amuse bouche e si parte subito con l’antipasto. Sul tavolo non riusciamo a far stare tutti i piatti e le bottiglie, tant’è che dobbiamo rimuovere le decorazioni Il “problema” nasce poi con le portate successive: un’ora buona ad aspettare la suite dei piatti. Nonostante i solleciti aspettiamo un tempo lungo, troppo lungo! E, nonostante l’attesa, un piatto di agnolotti arriva freddo ed i rabaton tiepidi e duri perché, probabilmente, troppo carichi di farina. La qualità dei piatti è altalenante: molto buona la grissinipoli, come la tartrà, l’antipasto misto invece migliorabile, gli altri discreti. Dovendo tirare le fila, direi che, Rabaton a parte che non ci sono stati addebitati forse perché abbiamo palesato il nostro parere negativo e gli agnolotti freddi, la nostra cena ha avuto dei picchi dí eccellenza (grissinopoli e tartrà), ed altri un po’ meno. Resta il disagio per la sistemazione in un tavolo che forse era adeguato per sei ma assolutamente piccolo per otto, che poi è il motivo per il quale per anni non siamo più tornati al “Con Calma”. Segnalo anche il costo del coperto : € 3,00 per persona che è decisamente elevato per la mise en place. Credo che torneremo nella speranza di avere una migliore sistemazione ed una serata meno affollata che possa permettere un servizio più fluido ed attento
