I returned after a long time for a family lunch with numerous people. The location is pleasant, it offers traditional dishes, the service is friendly. A future occasion as a couple with an a la carte menu will allow me to express a more complete opinion.

For Bertolini cuisine in Padua it remains a guarantee. My family doesn't mind if I write that on Sunday I left the restaurant a little dismayed because of the bill I don't think Bertolini would charge 2.50 per person for cutting the cake we brought to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. We brought dessert to have the opportunity to put two candles for effect. I think it could have been overlooked. That's all, I reiterate the quality of the cuisine

Courtesy and good food despite it being crowded. The only negative note for me about the food concerns some desserts which were too rich in liquor.

Locale vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada. Eccellente cucina e servizio d’altri tempi,, cortesia e rapidità ne fanno un pregio per chi viaggia.

All in all, in the final bill I found it expensive, a little too much considering that in fact some dishes were really close to the restaurant as the name is. The sweet millefeuille didn't deserve €7 because the pastry seemed to have no butter and the cream tasted like chemical flavourings. I left it because it was terrible. The rest not bad but not high either. What was worth giving 5 stars was the service. The gentleman who served the tables showed that he loved his job and was also very professional.

26/03/2025: Helpful and friendly staff. Attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the menu offers a wide choice.
25/03/2025: A steal for what we ate. The rib steak was nervous anyway so 60€ per rib steak was not worth it. Prices too high.

26/03/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Padua, high level customer service and care. The food is very good and of quality. Buffet service but with the possibility that the staff can bring the trays to the table. Courteous and helpful, the price is average and reasonable given the overall quality.
