The quality/price ratio is excellent, the Culatello and the homemade giardiniera are excellent. What can I say, after nine years, they've grown in every way. A large, additional dining room, a wine list that rivals even the most famous restaurants—no one highlights the local wines—the service offers excellent recommendations, courtesy, kindness, and attention to detail that puts you at ease like few others, and speed despite the crowds. The dishes are always delicious and traditionally homemade. I always sense passion and love, and the price confirms this... for human consumption... Everything deserves a PRAISE... there are a few things that could be improved, but the GOODNESS of the dishes surpasses every little detail... I was absolutely fascinated by the "pancetta rotonda" cured meat... but also by the other delicacies, like the fried cod and the piserei...!!! Congratulations... I'll be happy to return next time... in fact, it'll be a stop on my trip...

Gnocco fritto molto buono, accompagnato da ottimi salumi e giardiniera. Agnolotti piacentini al burro e salvia squisiti, fatti a mano. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad arrivare al dolce… peccato! Assolutamente consigliato.
