The restaurant is stylish and atmospheric. The dishes are delicious, I recommend trying the risotto con tartufo – it's excellent. The portions are generous. The staff is friendly. I recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic is the right adjective to describe 'Antica Trattoria al Sole' restaurant in Castegnero (VI), a beautiful location in the Berici Hills. An elegant restaurant decorated in warm colors. Well-prepared, plentiful, tasty dishes, a delight for the palate. P.S. (Baccalà alla vicentina is delicious). Qualified staff, a special mention for the girl who looked after us, sociable, friendly, capable, beautiful. The owner at the cash register was also kind, she offered us a limoncello, excellent value for money. You are at the top Jessica, Eugenio. 💚

My birthday dinner was truly enjoyable in every way. I was thrilled with the dishes I chose: the stuffed cauliflower was simply out of this world, and the sliced ​​beef with a trio of side dishes was equally exceptional. To top it off, a delicious tiramisu, worthy of note. A truly interesting and remarkable experience, in an elegant setting that I recommend without hesitation!

13/01/2026: I know the management... I've been there a couple of times... excellent local dishes with average prices... during the war, this tavern was frequented by E. Hemingway... there's no parking nearby but Piazza del Bao is a little further away.

04/01/2026: Excellent cuisine. Appetizers that are different from the usual options. The magatello served with marinated vegetables is a true delight! The smoked prosciutto, expertly seasoned, makes a simple dish unique and delicious. The risotto with Trevisana and Asiago cheese is excellent! The melt-in-your-mouth cheek with gremolata is a must-try. Excellent homemade desserts. All this is complemented by impeccable service and friendly staff.
03/01/2026: A very nice trattoria in the center of Marostica. The food was good and arrived fairly quickly. I ordered the full menu, with risotto as my first course and a vegetarian dish as my second, and I have to say it was very good. It's definitely cheaper than other places in the area (at least if you order the set menu).
