Antica Trattoria Al Circolo In Brescia

We went for dinner last night for two. Two first courses (paccheri with sausage and tortelli with pumpkin) were very good, rich, and served with generous portions. Two second courses (roasted pork loin and porchetta) were also very good, simple and straightforward, with no mess or sauces. Two desserts were homemade. The staff were kind and friendly without being intrusive or overbearing. Price was €40 per person, including water, wine, and coffee; we declined the complimentary liqueur. The place was small, welcoming, and warm. An excellent choice for a genuine, satisfying dinner, without the frills of fashion.

I went to dinner last night with my dad. It's a very good trattoria, with very kind and cheerful staff. I really enjoyed the casoncelli and the ricotta cannoli (homemade). I'll be back as soon as I have the chance to return to Brescia!

Trattoria with a fireplace in the main dining room, two side rooms, and an outdoor area in the warmer months. Good food, average service, and short waits. The restrooms are outside the dining rooms.

A pleasant surprise. Excellent Brescian cuisine in a very comfortable setting. The service was truly friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

We ate well, with simple dishes but authentic, substantial flavors. There was little waiting, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
