Well, what can I say? At Principe, you're sure to always find a smile waiting for you with coffee and delicacies for every moment of your day. 5 stars is nothing for this example of a bar in Santa Rita!

A well-rounded venue, from a super-stocked breakfast to a home-style lunch, to an aperitif, in a special atmosphere that transforms the space from classic to a lounge bar. I recommend their wine selection!!! We bought a bottle to take home, excellent!!

A refined place that warms your heart as soon as you enter, where you'll find delicacies for every taste, whether it's breakfast, lunch, a snack, or an aperitif. Clean and well-kept, the staff is kind and helpful. I'd say it's special, and I recommend it to everyone! Delicious, good, and beautiful

A great place for breakfast, lunch, or aperitivo in the heart of Santa Rita. The new outdoor terrace adds a truly classy touch. Francesco (the owner) is truly kind and attentive. Highly recommended. Top!

21/09/2025: I wanted to try this restaurant after seeing it on social media and taking advantage of a TheFork promotion. We loved the first courses (plin and fusilloni), but unfortunately we were disappointed with the second course (suckling pig), where the meat wasn't cooked to perfection and was too dry. It was a shame because the flavor combination on the plate was very balanced... Otherwise, the service was excellent and we were served on time.
21/09/2025: Our first visit, a truly delightful restaurant: refined, clean, and elegant, with excellent, courteous, and professional service. Excellent dishes made with quality ingredients.

19/01/2026: The place was all good, the beer was good...but the beer meatballs were absolutely not! The potatoes were almost all burnt. I wouldn't recommend them...I had to leave them behind! And I'm not the only one.
11/12/2025: Excellent food, great beer, and a very unique atmosphere. Friendly and attentive service. I'd gladly return!
