Mr. Alberto was super kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very clear in his explanations. The tour of the roastery was very interesting, stimulating, and enriching. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was unique. We even purchased coffee directly from him, ground fresh! Definitely a stop if you're in Ferrara, even if it's just for a few hours!
