Antica Torre In Carmignano

Premetto che non è un enoteca perché la lista dei vini è troppo ridotta e troppo locale . La location è carina anche se faceva freddo e il riscaldamento era troppo basso e mangiare con la giacca non è il massimo . Buonissimi i tortelli al ragù e il peposo. Buono il tortino di cavolfiore . Le lasagnette fritte sono troppo asciutte anche perché non avevano messo la crema di bufala . I crostini toscani non commentabili se tra i sughi mi porti humus e salsa con le olive . Il filetto buono ma il tartufo era troppo poco e senza particolare gusto . Pessimo il risotto che era salatissimo , troppo carico , con troppe nocciole , poca fonduta . Immangiabile . Lo abbiamo fatto notare e pur sostenendo che è normale perché la salsiccia è sapida non era mangiabile . Ma ce l’hanno fatto pagare lo stesso . Nota positiva sul personale attento , cortese e ben preparato . Conto medio alto per la qualità .

Siamo andati a provare quella che di fatto è la nuova gestione di questo ristorante che gia frequentavamo, devo dire con franchezza che il livello è rimasto molto alto, la qualità del cibo è davvero eccellente, così come la presentazione e la cottura dei cibi, ottimo il servizio in un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. Prezzi in linea con la qualità del locale.

The second courses were very good, the inviting menu and the very well furnished room, there is unexpressed potential, I would gladly go back but for the fifth star something is missing, perhaps in the presentation of the dishes by the room.

Early October evening, restaurant found by chance. Excellent food, amazing wine and the friendliness and professionalism of the head waiter (from Molise with fury). Maybe we'll never pass through these parts again, but if we do... we know where to go to eat!

I recommend trying this restaurant both for the quality of the food and for the professionalism of the staff in the dining room, especially for the advice on pairing wines with the chosen courses.

Everything was perfect, we went for our wedding anniversary and it was ideal, intimate and elegant. The only little thing, but it can happen for goodness sake, is that the chocolate coulant didn't drip 😂 and when dry it's not the same... but the rest is all really delicious and the prices are appropriate.
