At Antica Schiacciata Osteria Romana, the food is truly delicious! Low prices and delicious ingredients. The schiacciata is incredibly crispy and filled with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is simple and authentic.

The pasta was excellent — you could tell it was made from fresh ingredients, with a rich and perfectly balanced sauce. The service was great too: quick, polite, and relaxed. Overall, it left a very positive impression. I also decided to calculate the calories using the service shown in the photo. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was — it instantly gave me calories and macros. I’ve started using it regularly since it makes tracking my meals so much simpler.

Excellent and very tasty Italian food. It's worth highlighting the excellent service they provide here and the very pleasant and beautiful atmosphere. I would definitely return on a next trip to Rome (I'm from Chile).

My son and I went for lunch today, and I have to say the food was delicious! Bruschetta, lasagna made with excellent ragù, beautifully cooked chicken with peppers, and the oxtail stew was perfect! Overall, I'm leaving a more than positive review! The service was also very attentive and professional. The location is bright, spacious, and well-maintained, allowing for relaxed conversation among diners...we met the chef and complimented him! There's a serene atmosphere in the heart of Monteverde! Highly recommended!

I frequented it several times, both pre- and post-COVID. It seems to be recovering now, but it used to be better. The menu has been expanded, from pizza only to some Roman dishes. The aperitif glass of white wine is no longer available. The staff is friendly and attentive, although there were a few delays the last time, but nothing major. The pizza is good, as is the quality of the fried foods. Prices are reasonable. Parking is difficult.

Near Villa Pia and many other hospitals in the Monteverde and Trastevere area. Off the daily menu (TODAY PASTA AND FACIOLI!!) Lunch and dinner 10 euros. Authentic Roman neighborhood osteria and pizzeria!!!
