A vast selection of toppings for "schiacciate" (equivalent to Roman pinsa). Exceptional quality dough, perfectly cooked and guaranteed digestibility. Nearly perfect supplì and excellent zucchini flowers.
Discovered almost by chance on the recommendation of an acquaintance.
Highly recommended, although parking can be difficult to find during certain times of the year.

It was an incredible surprise! We booked without any information about the place or how the food was, but we found ourselves in a true culinary paradise. The appetizers were a triumph: crunchy bruschetta, golden fried food and stringy supplì that made your mouth water. But it was the explosion of the pizzas that left everyone speechless: every bite was a journey of flavors, with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations. An experience not to be missed, which made the evening unforgettable!

All the schiacciate are excellent, prepared according to the historic Roman recipe. Very pleasant to dine outside on a warm early summer evening.

Small restaurant, for lunch there is a formula for 10 euros including water and bruschetta + a dish of your choice from the list. They make schiacciate from 6 pm onwards.

Ci trovavano in zona per un pranzo veloce e l' offerta di 10€ ci ha subito attratto.
Il locale è ben curato ed il servizio molto disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è giusto, le porzioni sono generose...

After several years I returned with my old friends to this delicious place! 😍 I always found the head waiter Mauro, nice, kind and professional as always! The pinsa is always excellent, very soft and fresh dough.. (many around are with pre-cooked and frozen dough😕) The place is always clean, tidy and always welcoming, the hours pass pleasantly when you have a combination of all this... See you soon🤗

I had completely forgotten about it! Cozy and quiet location, kind and efficient managers, the citrus pinsa was really excellent, I will definitely go back to try their refined menu. I highly recommend it.

Posto carino ed accogliente per uscire dai rumori della città le preparazioni sono tutte fatte da loro dal primo al dolce posto super consigliato per passare una giornata in tranquillità mangiando molto bene.
