The best hamburger in Trieste!!!

We've been to Trieste twice, and both times we stopped here. It struck me the first time I saw it: a quiet burger joint, with a beautiful, tailored-style interior. The burgers we tried were very good, and the waiters served us well. The place is conveniently located within easy reach of the city center and the sea.

The burgers were beautifully plated, very good even with gluten-free options. The service was attentive and very friendly.

Came by this place after a chilly swim at the city beach. Food was lovely but the waitresses was pretty sad. Tried by best to alter this but no luck. Probably students at summer jobs. Lovely concept but hey, get a grip.

The place is cute, located on a busy central street. It has tables both inside and outside, a varied menu, and a section dedicated to "Smash Burgers." Unfortunately, the sandwiches aren't smash burgers, as the meat patties (about 90g) are simply flattened and don't have the cooking characteristics of a true smash. Furthermore, the bread and salad were disproportionate to the burger, which was submerged and very small, losing its meaning. On the plus side, the fries were plentiful, crispy, and perfectly fried. The beers were limited, but good. Given the current state of the sandwiches, I think the prices are high compared to the quality and competitors, but there's definitely room for improvement, and I hope to be able to raise the star rating in the future.
