Pretty good burgers. Little to fatty for me but overall nice flavor and good fries

I’ve been coming to Sartoria Burger Club ( Antica Sartoria ) for a while, and I have to say—the new management is definitely a big step up from the previous one. Everything feels more organized, cleaner, and the overall vibe is more professional. The burger? Genuinely good. Tasty, juicy, and satisfying—exactly what you want when you’re craving a solid burger. Plus, the fact that the chips are included in the price is a nice touch, and they’re actually good too—crispy and not overly greasy. Prices are fair for what you get, and you leave full, which is becoming rarer these days. Only downside? The waitress could show a bit more joy for life. A smile here and there wouldn’t hurt—but hey, everyone has their off days. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth checking out under the new management.

I was there yesterday for the Champions League final and I ate outside on the benches set up in front of the big screens, so I can't vouch for the atmosphere since I didn't go in. I had a New Chicago smash burger and a portion of fries. I'm not a huge fan of the smash burger but I have to say that this is the best I've tried and one of the best hamburgers in the city. The portion of fries was really generous for the price (€5). In the photo I had already started them.

Welcoming place, fast service, quality food, smiling and polite staff and a special applause to Simone (who is not Spanish), who managed to handle an order with "variations" not indifferent! Thanks we will be back.

Sartoria has recently changed management and I hadn't been there yet. The sandwiches from the previous management were good, but nothing exceptional. Last night's sandwich was amazing: finally a smash burger, perfectly cooked hamburgers, very crunchy bacon, chips included with the sandwich, very good, super crunchy and above all, not just a couple of chips but a nice portion. The guys are very kind, super fast service, I'm really excited. Sandwich and chips €15, price in line considering that we're also talking about the center and really excellent quality, you can see that they pay particular attention to detail. Last night they gained two new customers, we'll definitely be back! P.S. A note of merit to the girl at the cash register (short black hair with glasses - I don't know her name unfortunately) for her kindness and friendliness.
