Antica Sartoria Di Napoli In Trieste

Came by this place after a chilly swim at the city beach. Food was lovely but the waitresses was pretty sad. Tried by best to alter this but no luck. Probably students at summer jobs. Lovely concept but hey, get a grip.

The place is cute, located on a busy central street. It has tables both inside and outside, a varied menu, and a section dedicated to "Smash Burgers." Unfortunately, the sandwiches aren't smash burgers, as the meat patties (about 90g) are simply flattened and don't have the cooking characteristics of a true smash. Furthermore, the bread and salad were disproportionate to the burger, which was submerged and very small, losing its meaning. On the plus side, the fries were plentiful, crispy, and perfectly fried. The beers were limited, but good. Given the current state of the sandwiches, I think the prices are high compared to the quality and competitors, but there's definitely room for improvement, and I hope to be able to raise the star rating in the future.

I’ve been coming to Sartoria Burger Club ( Antica Sartoria ) for a while, and I have to say—the new management is definitely a big step up from the previous one. Everything feels more organized, cleaner, and the overall vibe is more professional. The burger? Genuinely good. Tasty, juicy, and satisfying—exactly what you want when you’re craving a solid burger. Plus, the fact that the chips are included in the price is a nice touch, and they’re actually good too—crispy and not overly greasy. Prices are fair for what you get, and you leave full, which is becoming rarer these days. Only downside? The waitress could show a bit more joy for life. A smile here and there wouldn’t hurt—but hey, everyone has their off days. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth checking out under the new management.

I was there yesterday for the Champions League final and I ate outside on the benches set up in front of the big screens, so I can't vouch for the atmosphere since I didn't go in. I had a New Chicago smash burger and a portion of fries. I'm not a huge fan of the smash burger but I have to say that this is the best I've tried and one of the best hamburgers in the city. The portion of fries was really generous for the price (€5). In the photo I had already started them.

The staff are the most amazing team ever, they helped with child menu, entertainment our son and even making our safe there. The food is so delicious and on time and not expansive Experience to remember for life time
