Breathtaking view, spectacular service and dinner

Before our visit, I read that people were complaining about the speed of service. Our experience was completely different. All the servers were almost jogging, made a great effort for us, and worked perfectly as a team. The food was fresh and delicious, and the pizza was very good.

Solunto restaurant and pizzeria is a true institution: one of those guaranteed places that never disappoints. Here, tradition meets quality, with expertly prepared pizzas, fragrant and always easy to digest, and a menu that satisfies every palate, preserving the authenticity of the flavors. A great strength is the variety and attention to detail: from the carefully crafted first courses to the freshest grilled fish, to the desserts and artisanal gelato that round out the meal with an authentic, homely touch. Each course conveys that sense of reassurance that only a historic and well-established establishment can provide. And then there's the setting: the sea view is simply spectacular. Dining or lunch with the blue sea as a backdrop makes the experience even more memorable, transforming even an evening with friends into a small, special moment. In short, Solunto isn't just a historic pizzeria, but a staple of fine dining: those who go once always return, certain of a warm welcome, quality service, and unforgettable views. P.S. Try the mulberry ice cream in the summer.

Breathtaking view! Delicious pizza.

The place is charming. Very good pizza, good fries, and nothing special about the panelle. The grilled food wasn't bad; I should emphasize that the swordfish skewer was very good, with two small shrimp, and the grilled fish was good. The staff were friendly, and the prices were average. Eating with that view is definitely worth it.

It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a pizza so much. Bravo!

Long waiting times, mediocre pizzas, I don't recommend getting the parmigiana because they don't know how to make it, they bring you a margherita with 4 double slices of aubergines with raw sauce on top! Kind and attentive staff! Beautiful location

A wonderful experience, from every point of view! We had lunch at this restaurant enjoying a breathtaking view from the large and bright terrace: a view that is worth the visit alone. The food was excellent: the pasta with mussels and sea urchins was very rich in sea urchin pulp, tasty and perfectly balanced in flavors. The pasta with swordfish, cherry tomatoes and capers was a true masterpiece, with fresh and well-harmonized ingredients. The roasted swordfish was also excellent, fresh, tender and cooked to perfection. To finish on a sweet note, a very light almond parfait, accompanied by an authentic and delicious chocolate cream. Kind, helpful and very welcoming staff, clean and well-kept bathrooms. Another plus: we were able to bring our little dog with us, which we appreciated very much. Ultimately, a place where quality, courtesy and beauty meet. Highly recommended! 🌅🐟🍝🐾
