It must be said that the view is excellent.

I had excellent swordfish rolls, accompanied by equally excellent grilled vegetables (radicchio, mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes). The gelato was presented in an original way, with a delicate yet delicious flavor. The place was well-kept and clean, including the restrooms. The high attendance on Saturday evening made conversation with other diners difficult, but the staff's efficiency deserves praise, as the wait times were not excessive. Well done!

5 stars for the location and the view, for which the owners deserve no credit, other than being in the right place. 4 stars for the service, the staff are eager to help. 1 star for the pizza: it feels like you're eating the same pizza they made 50 years ago. The art of pizza has come a long way, thank goodness, except in this place. Too bad. UPDATE: The manager's response speaks for itself 😁 Besides the pizza, the approach to social media and reviews is also the same as it was 50 years ago...

Breathtaking view, spectacular service and dinner

Before our visit, I read that people were complaining about the speed of service. Our experience was completely different. All the servers were almost jogging, made a great effort for us, and worked perfectly as a team. The food was fresh and delicious, and the pizza was very good.

Solunto restaurant and pizzeria is a true institution: one of those guaranteed places that never disappoints. Here, tradition meets quality, with expertly prepared pizzas, fragrant and always easy to digest, and a menu that satisfies every palate, preserving the authenticity of the flavors. A great strength is the variety and attention to detail: from the carefully crafted first courses to the freshest grilled fish, to the desserts and artisanal gelato that round out the meal with an authentic, homely touch. Each course conveys that sense of reassurance that only a historic and well-established establishment can provide. And then there's the setting: the sea view is simply spectacular. Dining or lunch with the blue sea as a backdrop makes the experience even more memorable, transforming even an evening with friends into a small, special moment. In short, Solunto isn't just a historic pizzeria, but a staple of fine dining: those who go once always return, certain of a warm welcome, quality service, and unforgettable views. P.S. Breathtaking view! Delicious pizza.

The place is charming. Very good pizza, good fries, and nothing special about the panelle. The grilled food wasn't bad; I should emphasize that the swordfish skewer was very good, with two small shrimp, and the grilled fish was good. The staff were friendly, and the prices were average. Eating with that view is definitely worth it.
