Me quedé impresionado por lo que habían hecho para convertir la antigua almazara en un hermoso restaurante. La comida y el servicio son excepcionales. La cocina es consistente con las tradiciones apulianas, pero también es innovadora. Todo está delicioso, pero me gusta particularmente el tagliatelle con barolo y salchicha.
