Upon arriving you cannot perceive the careful work that went into the recovery of the structure but already from the parking lot you can sense the work that was dedicated to the exteriors but
In particular the interior of the venue. The dishes were well balanced, the tagliatelle truly special, the sauce perfect. The little guitar was affected by an excess of garlic (it covered a little too much), while the combination of the lemon strips was a tasty surprise. Very good desserts. I would say the price is in line with the venue, discreet service.

Go there and you won't be disappointed. The tagliolini with truffle (black) are excellent and the truffle (real and fresh) very abundant. Excellent and plentiful house starter, with cured meats and cheeses from Abruzzo (I didn't ask, but from the flavor I would say of excellent artisanal workmanship), the scamorza was also very, very good (also of excellent quality). A special mention for the courtesy and also the competence of the staff, truly of a high level. Finally, the bill is adequate for the quality of what you eat.

The place appears very welcoming unlike the rather cold owner. Very good starters, cut and steak not absolutely up to par and moreover very salty as were the potatoes and chicory. The idea of pecorino with pears, honey and hazelnuts is interesting. It's a shame though because it was also salty and with the hazelnuts which totally covered the other flavours.
Very good coffee.
My count is a little high...

Stunning restaurant, the attention to detail makes it unique and welcoming. Super quick service, always kind and available to accommodate different requests, not to mention the high quality food. Super recommended.

Indicato da amici come un' ottima osteria dalle parti di Avezzano, abbiamo provato. Fantastico. Ambiente accogliente, servizio disinvolto e accurato, cibo ...allora. Antipasto Osteria con formaggi salumi bruschette agnello frittata. Tutto ottimo. Primi buonissimi, abbiamo preso tagliatelle scure con cavolo nero guanciale croccante e ricotta salata e chitarra con aglio nero e baccalà mantecato. Dopodiché, al limite dell' esplosione - le porzioni sono gigantesche - abbiamo anche chiesto dei dolci: eccellenti, stella di tiramisù e cremoso alla ricotta con biscotti al cioccolato e frutti di bosco. Io ho preso un calice di un Montepulciano d'Abruzzo davvero buono, della cantina del Maestro Peppe Vessicchio, un vino bio per la vendita del quale si destina parte dei proventi a borse per giovani musicisti. Conto? Da osteria di una volta. A presto ❤️
