A gastronomic experience with meticulous attention to detail We dined at the Tiro a Segno restaurant in Avezzano and were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and quality of the dishes. To begin, we decided to share two first courses to sample both: a fragrant and creamy porcini mushroom and saffron risotto, and a truffle chitarrina, intense and enveloping. The service carefully managed the division, serving each person their own portion, a gesture that demonstrates great customer care. For the second course, I chose a baked eggplant millefeuille: surprisingly light, with crispy and delicate eggplant, perfectly balanced. The side dishes were of excellent quality, prepared with fresh and well-presented ingredients. But let's move on to more earthly matters: the place is beautiful and welcoming, and the discreet and knowledgeable staff are happy to recommend the perfect dish. The dishes, for what my wife and I ordered, were up to the task: portions weren't large, but generous and truly delicious. The price of this culinary journey? Goodness never comes at a high price. A small restaurant on the street near the Hotel Olimpia, where we're staying. Excellent quality, impeccable service, speed, and cleanliness—top-notch in every way. If available, I highly recommend trying the porcini mushrooms, perhaps with a pasta dish.
