Antica Osteria Stella D'oro In Verzegnis

Che spettacolo di ristorante. A parte il fatto che ha vinto 4 Ristoranti di Borghese, siamo stati con un collega originario di Verzegnis. Servizio molto cordiale e impeccabile. Io da vegetariano non ho avuto problemi, ma il menu’ presentava un’ottima varietà. Venendo al pasto. Hummus si asparagi ottimo….ma poi sono arrivati i casoncej che erano ancora piu’ buoni… e poi il frico.. ancora piu’ buono… e poi la grappa.. spettacolare. Dimenticavo il vino… friulano della casa ma decisamente di livello. Dimenticavo… sono anche produttori di miele. P.S. Non parlo del cioccolatino offerto col caffe’ perche’ e’ una sorpresa!

Come da titolo. Molti sanno che raramente attribuisco il voto massimo dei 5 pallini di TA, ma qui se li meritano tutti… perché ? Perché ho trovato : il vero “soul” della cucina tradizionale italiana (in questo caso di specie ovviamente friulana!) la materia prima a km zero ed infine il calore della vera ospitalità italiana. Tutto ciò premesso, stabile storico ben mantenuto, interni con arredi rustici e giustamente spartani (più saletta interna con braciere centrale cool ). Disponibile sia tavoli all’esterno sia salette interne. Menù veramente sorprendente nella sua semplicità dove la materia prima esalta i gusti al palato a prescindere la presentazione. Ci sarebbe da fare il bis su primi , secondi e dolci … forse è solo una scusa per tornare ! :))) Plus finale … un rapporto qualità prezzo da inchino! Servizio cordiale , rapido e sempre col sorriso (laude) Forse il più sorprendente ristorante provato nel 2025! Bravi bravi bravi ! CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE, imperdibile se siete in zona e se vi piace il genere.

Capable, attentive staff, the owner was very accommodating and allowed us to drink a glass of good wine in the company of friends, even though it was closing time and she was visibly tired. Luckily there are still people who work for the pleasure of providing a service and don't just look at the receipt. I will definitely return, they deserve to be trusted

Humid and foggy early spring day, hanging out with friends and warmed by the welcome of the staff and the owner of the place. The original Friulian fogolar with the benches around the fire in the center of the room is beautiful. Interesting menu with balanced flavor combinations: among the starters we particularly appreciated the savory spech and the pumpkin flan, among the first courses the herb cjarsons then buckwheat blecs with chicory and sausage, all good, among the second courses the beef cheek stands out, excellent desserts only the strudel is not up to par. The wine list is interesting. Congratulations especially because keeping venues open that offer the highest levels of quality in peripheral and relatively populated areas requires great professionalism and experience.
