Typical Roman dishes and much more. I practically only go there for the cacio e pepe (there's also the truffle version, which is fabulous), but for those who aren't particularly fond of that, I also recommend the carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia. The tagliata and tartare are also delicious (the trio of tartare appetizer is delicious), and for those who want to try a variety of dishes, I highly recommend the Ricordi di Roma appetizer, which includes various fried dishes plus porchetta di Ariccia. I also really appreciate the warm welcome they always give. This place is a sure thing and never disappoints!!

We ate really well, very well-kept place, kind and attentive staff. Nice variety of first and second courses, generous and quality portions. You can't miss their tiramisu!

The Giudia-style and Roman-style artichokes are excellent. The saltiinbocca is not bad. Price a little higher than I expected.

07/09/2025: I didn't expect to find first courses so similar to those eaten in Rome, fantastic pasta and also very good second courses, I'll be back
