I'll start by saying this is my first time here. I've always eaten well and paid a lot for what should be a typical Roman menu. However, I have to say that yesterday, both the grilled pork and the carbonara were really salty, the rib-eye steak arrived salty, and the 6-euro fries smelled of used oil. The service is always fast and friendly, but I'm a little disappointed overall.

Excellent with predominantly Roman cuisine. In addition to the classic first courses, I recommend trying the vegetables (carciofi alla giudia, puntarelle, and sautéed chicory).

Typical Roman dishes and much more. I practically only go there for the cacio e pepe (there's also the truffle version, which is fabulous), but for those who aren't particularly fond of that, I also recommend the carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia. The tagliata and tartare are also delicious (the trio of tartare appetizer is delicious), and for those who want to try a variety of dishes, I highly recommend the Ricordi di Roma appetizer, which includes various fried dishes plus porchetta di Ariccia.
I also really appreciate the warm welcome they always give.
This place is a sure thing and never disappoints!!
