Beautiful place, the meat is really good, excellent for those who want to try different types of cuts. A kind and fast service.

Let me start by saying that my thermometer is the Roman cuisine of Rome. Here I must say that I found it in the mixed starter and in the artichokes in various forms. I personally found the carbonara a little too seasoned even though it was made with quality ingredients. Average price (with shared starter, first or second course and dessert around 40 euros). Recommended.

Being a regular customer of Amelia Romana in Mestre (which I always leave very satisfied with), I was curious to also try this tavern to celebrate the anniversary with my girlfriend and spend a nice evening. The menu is the exact same (the 3 stars for this reason alone), the location is decidedly more "rustic" while what is certainly not the same (unfortunately) is the service (strong point of the other restaurant). We received almost no welcome, the welcome entrée was brought to the next table while we didn't, the first courses arrived about an hour after ordering and in particular one of the two was cold, the waitress was almost "annoyed" when taking the order. In short, the 30km traveled were absolutely not worth it and I will never go back to the ancient Roman inn.

We ate on New Year's Eve and to be honest I was expecting "a bang" reading the many super positive reviews. We ate well, yes, but not to say that everything was exceptional. The service was fast and the employees smiling and kind anyway. We will be back to try new things and to see if we can give an extra star.

We had a good time at Christmas lunch, good dishes, excellent service with staff who were always prompt and friendly, well organised. Compliments!

Good starters but some not warmed up much. The first courses are excellent, I especially appreciated the gricia. There is room for improvement in the service, understanding the busy day with a full house feeling like you're "breathing down your neck" can weigh (negatively) more than a wrong dish.

The restaurant offers Roman specialities, all of great quality. Fast and professional service, I will happily return. I recommend booking if you go on the weekend

You don't notice much from the outside, but inside you can breathe warmth and scents like being in a truly Roman place. The dishes are really good and of high quality. The service is prepared and welcoming, always ready to serve. I have never eaten such good tartare. Compliments
