Lovely restaurant with delicious food. There weren't many vegetarian options, but the ones that were available were delicious! The mandilli with pesto was especially delicious! The wine was also excellent and very reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit.

The waiters were not so friendly and didn't seem happy. Even though there were only two-three tables total that had guests. The food took a bit long time to come. The duck was overcooked, very dry. And the stake was well done when asked for medium. Quite expensive when you only get the meat, no side or no salad on the plate. The straws was broken. Chairs were very uncomfortable.

Wir hatten reserviert; im Internet und an der Tür stand als Öffnungszeit 19:00 / vor Ort durften wir allerdings erst um 19:30 eintreten. Beide Nudelgerichte waren toll; ebenso die typische frittierte Vorspeise ! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Una bella osteria nel centro di Genova, personale gentile e affabile, preso un piatto di mandilli al pesto e un succoso secondo (pescato con olive, purè e pomodorini). Da visitare.

21/07/2025: Always good: simple, honest, and flavorful. We visited three times in total, twice for lunch in the trattoria itself and once for mostly focaccia to go. Try the trofie, the pansoti with walnut sauce, the ravioli ragu, and the biscuits with raisin wine (canestrelli).
20/07/2025: The trattoria looked cramped, but once inside, we were greeted by a very spacious dining room. The menu was varied, with numerous choices for starters, main courses, and desserts. The food quality was truly excellent, with the only minor criticism being that some dishes (pansoti, battolli, and trofie) had too much garlic. Overall, everything was delicious, and most importantly, the prices were very reasonable (almost all the starters were less than €10). A truly excellent experience, with friendly staff who even offered us a small discount at the counter and recommended seeing the fireworks in a nearby village, Bogliasco. Highly recommended trattoria! ☺️
