Dinner with friends in this place. Well-laid tables in an elegant environment.. all the dishes tasted show a balance in the flavors, enhancing the raw material.. the only negative note is the tiramisu... a real disappointment.. too dry and little presence of cream (see photo)..I suggest to those who prepared it to opt for the single-portion version rather than in a steel gastro by increasing the presence of cream. Service was quite fast even if the waiter removed the dishes when there were still those who had to finish. Finally we appreciated the owner's greeting at the table but unfortunately his attentions were directed exclusively at Senator Ciriani's table...
