Visited today with my wife, well a rice with wild silene and prawn tails from starred cuisine, I have never eaten such a well made and balanced dish, an explosion of flavours. Really super recommended place. In a word, exceptional.

More high than low but something didn't convince me: unconvincing homemade tagliolini and tagliatelle, sauces not always successful (insufficient carbonara, ragù with wild boar and blueberries a little "off").
The Cjarsons are good (even if I'm not crazy about sweet and savory combinations but that's my problem) and the hare tortelli are good even if a better sauce could have enhanced them better).
Everything else was remarkable, starting from the truly delicious bread (it's been a lifetime since I ate something as good as covered!): I really liked the desserts, especially the millefeuille with zabaglione and chocolate flakes, the vegetable entree with a glass of excellent white wine was much appreciated and the house Merlot was also pleasant.
Efficient and professional service, more than honest bill.
Definitely worth trying and I think the strong dish here is the meat.

Siamo stati con ns amici a mangiare in questa osteria ( per modo di dire) . Abbiamo mangiato bene la carne , ben descritta dalla cameriera molto preparata e bevuto una buona bottiglia di vino rosso . Il prezzo è stato un po’ caro per l’ambiente che è ma comunque abbiamo mangiato bene .

Well presented dishes with excellent raw materials. Attentive and caring staff towards customers. Excellent wines paired with the dishes. Second time at lunch I delete everything I had put in the first time....they ruined a day that began in the best way.. You need to have more humility and recognize when you make a small mistake. Second and last Communion I wanted to point out that the 1st in the report it doesn't refer to the girls who served in the room...in fact they were precise and always present...and with this I conclude. Thank you.

Difficult to find but today thanks to Google nothing escapes us anymore. On the other hand, it is well known for its quality throughout the area. Even 1.5 kg Florentine steaks but we didn't get there... between starters and first courses....

Unbedingt reservieren, gemütliche Osteria mit Fogolar, auf dem köstliches Fleisch gegrillt wird. Wir hatten Carpaccio von Piccanha mit Trüffel als Vorspeise, das Trüffelöl dominierte leider, danach Pasta Carbonara da La Grise, etwas fad im Geschmack. Aber in dieses Restaurant kommt man am ehesten zum Fleisch essen, das Steak war perfekt gegrillt, dazu cremiges Kartoffelpüree und Hauswein. Netter Chef!
