We had an extraordinary gastronomic experience. The journey began with a carpaccio embellished with white truffle and raw porcini mushrooms accompanied by a single-variety Raggiola: a start worth the trip alone. The famous crostuovo with white truffle proved to be an absolute masterpiece, a dish everyone should try at least once in their lifetime. The cappelletti, hand-sealed with the little finger, atop a velvety fondue and scented with prized white truffle, were so perfect that I wish I could wake up every morning and find them on my bedside table. The rabbit alla cartocetana confirmed the excellence of a cuisine that is simultaneously traditional, authentic, and surprising. Virginio and Catia, with passion and dedication, have created a truly special place over the years, where every detail speaks of a love for cooking and hospitality. Last night's dinner was impeccable in every way. An unforgettable experience. Bravo, truly.

A magical night in Serrungarina. Under a dreamy red moon, we had an unforgettable experience at Antica Osteria da Gustin. Gigio and Catia are at the helm, with passion and local produce on the plate, including Marche wines. Breathtaking views, sincere and authentic cuisine: here, flavor meets the magic of the Marche hills. A place to experience, not just savor.

Always a magical place to return to, as we do at least once or twice a year. Right portions, excellent quality, fine local products, sufficiently stocked wine list, very nice location, attentive and courteous service. Cost about 60 euros per person, good wine included, which seems more than reasonable.
