I gave this restaurant three stars for the location in the Bocadasse area. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing; the waitress was rude and impolite. Additionally, the fritto misto was both overpriced and lacking in flavor. I recommend reading the reviews before choosing where to eat in this beautiful location.

If you're looking for the perfect combination of quality food and a beautiful location, Bar Dondi Wine & Cocktails is a phenomenal place. The exterior is inviting, but the real magic begins when you step into the tavern: a super cozy space with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings that exude history. The welcome and service: I was immediately greeted by the kind smile of the young woman behind the window. I really appreciated the owner's friendliness, who, with great hospitality, informed me that the place would also be open on the 25th from 7:30 a.m. for Christmas coffee. This kind of customer service is truly rare and appreciated. The focaccia (the heart of the place): The window display is a feast for the eyes. I was able to observe the different variations: in addition to the classic plain focaccia, golden brown and just the right amount of flavor, they offer truly inviting stuffed focaccias, especially the ones with ham and cheese and the one with salami. I chose the classic version and enjoyed it while sitting comfortably at the beautiful counter with its high chairs. The quality is excellent: crispy on the outside and just the right amount of softness on the inside, in true Genoese tradition. Why visit this place: • Location: A beautiful historic tavern, ideal for a break from the chaos outside. • Food quality: Fresh focaccia and generous toppings (ham, cheese, salami). • Hospitality: Friendly staff and a very helpful and friendly owner. • Versatility: Perfect for everything from morning breakfast (they open early!) to evening cocktails. A wonderful place that I highly recommend to anyone in the area who wants to experience the true atmosphere of Genoa.

Enchanting location nestled in the beautiful Boccadasse square, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent seafood dishes, all while being pampered by the waves...and a breathtaking view. Definitely worth a visit. Reservations recommended.

This place is really overpriced for what it offers. The food is decent, but not worth the price. The only positive is the location of the tables on the seafront next to Boccadasse beach.

The most beautiful restaurant on this beach, with panoramic windows offering a splendid view of the sea and the beach. The food is tasty, the prices are a bit high, but it's a perfect place for a special occasion. I did miss the service: the waiter wasn't very professional, you might even say a little rude.

Don't miss the grilled fish platter!

The stuffed focaccia is good, but €8.00 is excessive.

Ideally located in this beautiful neighborhood. The staff is friendly. The prices are high but the food is good.
