Nice experience. Quality food and well prepared dishes. Impeccable service, good advice from the sommelier and a wide choice of wines. I hope there is a quick menu change so I can go back. High prices, perhaps too much.

Historic location, in these walls Ezio Santin and his wife Renata have made world cuisine famous, earning three Michelin stars.
Now Messrs. Santin is retired but the ancient Osteria has found new life in chef Maurizio Gerola in the kitchen and his wife Laura Croci in the dining room.
The menu is delicious, the raw materials excellent with a mention for the vegetables that come from the orthopedist who personally treats them.
The wine list is excellent and balanced with professional advice to help those who wish in the choice.

Splendido ristorante sito in un angolo delizioso di pianura padana. Il ristorante offre servizi di alto livello, ineccepibile in ogni momento. La cucina è strepitosa con piatti ricercati, ma attenti al territorio e fatti con ingredienti di altissima qualità.. Per noi scarola con burrata e persico con chips di polenta come antipasto, linguine ai ricci di mare e bottoni ripieni di carbonara come primo, infine delizioso dessert alla crema di caffè e cioccolato bianco, per farci vivere un’esperienza culinaria completa ed esaltante. Il prezzo finale di 129€ per due antipasti, due primi, due dessert, acqua e caffè è stato un prezzo del tutto giustificato dalla qualità dei piatti e del servizio.

I participated in the Bread evening between textures and flavors. A unique experience. The different types of bread combined with the dishes created contrasts of delicate and pleasant flavours.
Undoubtedly the shoe, deliberately requested, made with paccheri was the winning dish. All very good.
The service was taken care of down to the smallest detail. The presentations of the types of bread were perfectly coordinated with the service and pleasant to listen to. Congratulations to all the staff and in particular to the Chef.
