My wife and I had some typical dishes and we liked them a lot. The service is excellent because Angela is professional, friendly and welcoming. We had lunch outside in the street with a light breeze so pleasant that we did not want to leave. We were particularly struck by the authenticity of the place and the people, not slaves to mass tourism.

Freundliche Begrüßung, gebackene Zucchiniblüten als Gruß des Hauses. Alle Gerichte und auch der Hauswein schmeckten ausgezeichnet. Wir probierten zuletzt noch den hausgemachten wunderbaren Limoncello und wurden auf das freundlichste verabschiedet. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Die Osteria Del Borgo ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

We received a friendly welcome. The waitress arranged a table for us in the shade and brought baked zucchini blossoms as a special treat with our drinks. She patiently explained the dishes to us in English and brought our ordered antipasti and main courses with obvious joy in her work. All the dishes, including the house wine, were excellent. We finished off with a delicious homemade limoncello and were warmly welcomed by the chef and waitress. The value for money is excellent. We highly recommend Osteria Del Borgo!

Very nice place, we ate outside in the evening, excellent food and everything made by them, including the cannoli cream and the limoncello.

I read the negative reviews and I laugh a little. There are those who complain about the location, because they are annoyed by eating on the street (but then why do you sit down?). The one who says the food is genuine but expects to pay for it like at the supermarket. Honestly, I go to this restaurant every year, they have zero-mile vegetables and from what I have experienced, the food is excellent and genuine, especially the vegetables that I personally find divine. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Located in a characteristic place in the town, excellent food and with flavors that take you back to the past, kind and helpful staff, we will definitely be back! I recommend it!
