I didn't understand why some people criticize. They are not experts and they even allow themselves to make judgements. They don't understand the work behind it. I have full knowledge of the sector and I also know the management costs. For this reason, for me the restaurant is promoted with full marks. Otherwise, go to a starred restaurant if the type of dishes doesn't suit you.

Cena davvero buona. Atmosfera tranquilla nel Dehor su strada poco trafficata. Personale davvero gentile ed accogliente, ci ha saputo consigliare sui prodotti locali, sia per vino che per il cibo. Conto: €85 per due antipasti, due secondi e un contorno, incluso di 30€ di vino Consigliatissima la loro parmigiana Ci tornerei sicuramente!!

The historic osteria in the Chiaia district offers very high quality food, with quick service and extremely kind and trained staff. The environment is clean, welcoming and well furnished, with an excellent quality/price ratio. The dishes, representative of true Neapolitan cuisine, are of excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. July 2024.

Realmente es un lugar ESPECTACULAR. No solo por la comida, sino por el servicio. Fue el único lugar en todo el viaje al que fuimos mas de una vez porque todo fue muy bueno. Es un lugar famoso pero no turístico, y eso nos gustó.

Excellent traditional Neapolitan trattoria for lunch, excellent value for money, genuine service and atmosphere of an ancient Neapolitan trattoria..... in the evening it has a differentiated menu with more choice also of quality but the price rises substantially......

20/08/2024: I often go there when I have been in Naples for many years
18/08/2024: Even though it shares the name and location, it is not the historic Emperor (without the "L'" so to speak 😉). However, it makes an impression with good quality fried foods and rotisseries. The pizza isn't a miracle, but it's all in all appetizing. Nice and fast service.

03/08/2024: The food was extremely tasty. And we were also thrilled with the service. The menu is not as large as in other restaurants, but what is offered is impressive in terms of taste 👍🏼 Here the focus is on quality over quantity. We can't understand the current Google rating of 4.0 at all! Definitely worth a visit 😋
28/07/2024: We chose it for a reunion with old friends, quiet environment, excellent service and cuisine!
