Spectacular!! A spectacular restaurant in a magnificent location. Let's just say that more than a dinner, ours was a fantastic culinary experience... From the highly refined starters to the sublime main courses, we delighted our palates with truly marvelous dishes. We chose the truffle risotto (which I personally adore), the ricotta and mascarpone gnocchi with pumpkin cream, and the addition of the day was the pasta with wild boar ragù. Needless to say, we didn't find a thing out of place. The main courses were sashimi entrecote from Finland and tartare with egg and truffle. All dishes that literally blew our taste buds away. We finished it all with an excellent strawberry grape sorbet, and the dinner was a resounding success. Oh, and I forgot... the portions are certainly not skimpy like at many other places of this caliber. We will definitely be back because EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! I visited this restaurant for my anniversary with my partner. We dined outside on a truly clear, not-so-sweltering evening, with no mosquitoes. We were immediately greeted with attention, and were served an entrée (very welcome). We each had an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and dessert. I had a glass of red, while my pregnant partner was offered a non-alcoholic gin. The dishes, besides being truly excellent, were beautifully presented. As a very welcome surprise, my partner was given a small Monte Berico necklace as a good luck charm for her pregnancy. "The kitchen is keen to give her this because they care about pregnant women and children," the waitress said. It's difficult for me to judge the interior because I only went in to pay after looking at a small portion, but I have reason to believe everything is top-notch; perhaps I'll return later to confirm.

Cucina tradizionale con qualche variante moderna in un ambiente accogliente e con vista magnifica sui Berici. Il "problema" è che non è una trattoria classica ma nemmeno un ristorante ricercato, una specie di Balto della cucina che non sa nemmeno lui che cos'è: si pone nel mezzo senza eccellere in nessuna delle due cose. Piatti gradevoli ma senza personalità, alcuni riusciti (suprema di pollastra), altri meno (tagliata, pesante nel condimento), alcuni per nulla (tagliatelle ai piselli, piattissime). Menzione d'onore per l'entrée di benvenuto, davvero eccellente. Prezzo giusto (forse un filo caro), servizio perfetto (cortese e amichevole senza essere invadente).
