27/06/2025: In San Costanzo a magic that has lasted since 1972. At Rolando Ramoscelli (dialect cuisine) you will find "the flavors of our home". A totem, a guarantee of good food that is perpetuated in an intimate and familiar environment. Rolando lives the seasonality of raw materials, from truffles to mushrooms, from meats to vegetables.
