Traveling for work, we stopped for dinner at Pisoera given the excellent reviews. We ate very well. Two excellent first courses (fusilli with octopus and fresh tuna bavette all'amatriciana) and a truly remarkable second course, the monkfish bites with Tropea onion and squid ink risotto flan. We drank a fermented prosecco, a very special bottle. Coffee and barrel-aged grappa. Fair price, impeccable service. I highly recommend it, especially if you want a high-class osteria where you can eat in peace, away from busy areas.

Intriguing menu that does not disappoint, both in the starters and in the first and second courses. And regarding desserts, I tried the tiramisu: excellent, I recommend it. Really very polite manager, quiet and welcoming environment.
