Arrivato alle 17 per bere un 'taglio' vengo catturato dal profumo di cucina, dopo un minimo di esitazione da parte della gentilissima padrona di casa, mi trovo seduto ad un tavolino in attesa di un ottimo polpettone di manzo agli asparagi, si fanno quattro chiacchiere e imparo una ricetta per il ragout che preparerò stasera. Grazie!

05/05/2025: Simply a certainty! If we want to eat well, we come here! Excellent raw materials always treated with the utmost respect, mouth-watering dishes. Always very fresh fish, informal but precise and very friendly room service. Historic place in our region and we understand why. We would like more trattorias like this.
