We stayed at the "Antica Osteria ai Lanari" with 7 adults, 4 children and 2 babies in a stroller. Also considering the size of the place, this alone deserves 5 stars!! Furthermore, due to a misunderstanding, the table had been reserved on the wrong day; nevertheless they found a place for us and welcomed us with a smile the next day (Saturday). Attentive and helpful service even towards our celiac son. For the rest, I agree with the other reviews, the food (typical Mantua) and the price are good. A small but welcoming place with a soul.

Ottimo osteria in centro a Mantova. I pacchetti con sugo di stracotto buonissimi ed abbondanti. Buono anche il riso alla pilota. Ottimo l’ antipasto di salumi con accoppiati i formaggi. Buoni anche i dolci, unica pecca che lo zabaione non sapeva di zabaione (secondo me non c’era il marsala). Prezzi buoni rispetto alla qualità del cibo. Servizio abbastanza veloce e cordiale Molto consigliata

Servizio giovane e dinamico, cucina mantovana di ottima qualità. Al centro ma fuori dal caos turistico, questa osteria merita ampiamente un ritorno.

17/08/2024: Posto splendido immerso nella campagna. Mangiare a bordo piscina è davvero uno spettacolo. Personale giovane e competente. Servizio impeccabile. E per la cucina non credo di avere abbastanza aggettivi…ottima davvero….ingredienti tradizionali ma serviti in chiave più moderna. Menzione speciale per la pasta fresca fatta in casa..davvero super. Da non tralasciare nemmeno la cantina…ampia scelta di vini per tutti i gusti. Siamo stati qui per un matrimonio e ci avevano già convinti. Tornati poi per una cena in famiglia, li abbiamo definitivamente promossi. Ottimo lavoro!
31/07/2024: Osteria is Luxury in terms of FOOD. I really appreciated the tagliatelle with game but no less the appetizers and cheeses.

27/08/2024: Locale storico , location da favola sulla riva del fiume Mincio e a ridotto del ponte della Gloria detto questo piatti presentati da ristorante stellato quale è stato ma soprattutto qualita' qualità qualità!!
30/06/2024: Beautiful place, very friendly and professional service, truly delicious food. Unfortunately this time it went badly because I would have preferred to eat in the outdoor area (beautiful) but due to bad weather it wasn't possible. My wife and I will definitely return. Congratulations to all the staff 👍🏻
