Abbiamo cenato qui, stanchi del viaggio e desiderosi di magiare qualcosa velocemente, sperando di godere dei noti prodotti locali. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere maxi di salumi e formaggio ad un ottimo prezzo mangiando abbondantemente in tre. Il ragazzo al banco cortese e molto disponibile....e queste sono le informazioni non essenziali......infatti, quello che ci ha stupiti è stata la qualità, davvero ottima per un banco di salumi, porchetta e panini. Tornando a Perugia sicuramente ci ricorderemo di questo angolo di primizie.

A few years ago it had a different name but the quality of the products and the kindness of the staff have remained unchanged with an excellent value for money. It offers pulled porchetta sandwiches and platters. The cutting boards are offered in various sizes with normal prices and excellent quality. We took two medium platters and were served different cold cuts and cheeses to differentiate and prevent us from eating the cold cuts. The jams that accompany the cheeses are excellent, as is the house wine and the fresh, crunchy bread. A place to return to every time we are in Perugia since it is near the main square Piazza IV Novembre.

Top place, top sandwich, top young guys, top managers. The bread is always fresh even at 10.30pm at night. Really interesting choice. Booking for takeaway is recommended.

While traveling around Perugia we were looking for something practical and quick that we could consume between one visit and another. But in this place you want the courtesy and friendliness of the local staff, you want the goodness and taste of the products offered, the speed inevitably has to slow down. Highly recommended.

23/08/2024: **Review of the "Il Granaio del Monte" restaurant** The "Il Granaio del Monte" restaurant is a true pearl for those looking for excellent food in an environment which, although modern, maintains intact the warmth and welcome of the butlers of the past. The pizza is simply fantastic, crunchy and with quality ingredients, but all the traditional Umbrian dishes are also prepared with great care and respect for authentic recipes. From the first courses to the second courses, each course surprised us with its genuine flavor and refined details. Special thanks go to Gianluca and Luca for their warm welcome, which made us immediately feel at home, and to Mr. Carlo, the owner, who manages this wonderful place with passion and dedication. The welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service make the culinary experience at Granaio del Monte truly unforgettable. A restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to savor true Umbrian cuisine in an environment where you feel pampered and at home.
