The temple of gluttons in Pavia A cozy place in the centre, where stopping by is a must. Letting yourself go into the hands and culinary fantasies of Gio and Nico is an almost religious experience for those who believe in gastronomy. The dishes are each a journey in themselves, between flavors that seem to be tasted for the first time and the places of the ingredients, each carefully selected and with its own story that will not fail to be told in detail. Among all the delicacies and their selection of natural wines, for a few hours you become incapable of discussing, abstracting or saying anything other than "so damn good"; in short, if you love each other (or if you want to feel like the food critic of Ratatouille in the final scene) you MUST dine at the old wine bar and fall in love.

These young guys are very good and knowledgeable, both for the wine proposals they make and for the quality and well-cooked food. They are true professionals of the trade. I gave a 4 to the environment only because the place is small and has outdoor tables not in a dehors, which is a shame, but their skill makes the whole context, albeit informal, very pleasant and free from the noise and din of customers talking. The place is a wine bar with a small kitchen, a place to try in Pavia.

Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Recensisco solo ora pur essendoci stato l anno scorso. Niccolò ha tanta voglia di fare e di esprimersi in quella che è per lui sicuramente la sua grande passione. Ottima location....ottimo cibo e ottimo vino....che dire di più. Mi ricorda molto una taperia nei vicoli di Raval a Barcellona!! Quaro '80
