Excellent aperitif, zero-mile products and very attentive service. I appreciated the flavors of the past (broad beans and pecorino with honey) accompanied by a good glass of red wine. To make everything better, background music, even local music. Highly recommended. I will return :-)

Nico, the owner and host, is kind and highly qualified (a rare quality in a world where everyone is a sommelier thanks to podcasts). The place is small but extremely welcoming! The choice of wines is made with care and the gastronomic products are top quality! I go back often and willingly! To try if you don't know it.

Locale molto carino, nascosto in un vicoletto del centro, con personale preparato e gentilissimo! Buon vino e buon cibo, tutto molto ricercato e originale. Un piacevolissimo aperitivo!

Ca di mat' GRILL&DRINK

04/09/2025: A €40 menu, dish after dish, each delicious and pure in flavor. I asked if it was rude to leave something uneaten because it was too much...it was fine. Then came the main course...3 different types of grilled beef...Incredibly delicious!! Just eat the meat (although the fries were also very good) with nothing else...TASTE...yes, in capital letters, the best steak I've eaten in Italy...(including at "one of the best steak restaurants in Florence" where the shashlik was tasteless). You MUST eat here if you're in the area! For dessert, they put three bottles of lemon sorbet in front of you: something with anise, vodka, and limoncello, with your choice of toppings! The limoncello was so good that I bought two bottles to take home....Super-friendly service and MEGA-yummy, highly recommended!! Do it!!
30/08/2025: Excellent for meat lovers, the dishes are always delicious! The appetizers are also top-notch. It's a real shame for the owner... he treated the waitresses unprofessionally, in my opinion. They're two really good girls! I recommend hiring more staff instead of enslaving two young women.

04/07/2025: The food is very tasty and plenty of it, the service is not great, but the inside is a bit shabby
19/05/2025: The pizza is fantastic, the kebab is a delight, always fresh, everything... the pizza chef really has magic hands, the people are always kind. I have stomach problems so I find it difficult to find a pizza that doesn't make me feel sick. Of this I can really only say that it is wonderful.
