Yesterday we had the pleasure of spending an unforgettable day at a farmhouse in Morano Calabro. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a friendliness that made us immediately feel at home. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always available to satisfy our every need with a smile. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience. Each dish served was prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients, typical of Calabrian cuisine. We savored authentic and traditional flavours, with generous portions and careful presentations. From appetizer to dessert, each course was a true delight, capable of telling the story and culinary traditions of the region. The surrounding environment is equally enchanting. The farmhouse is immersed in nature, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes which make the atmosphere even more relaxing and pleasant. Immerso nel Parco Nazionale del Pollino, un posto davvero genuino, dove ci si sente a casa. Carne davvero speciale di produzione propria. Scoperto per caso grazie ad un gentilissimo signore conosciuto per strada casualmente ai piedi del Paese di Morano Calabro, il sig. Rito che resterà nei nostri ricordi per le storie che ci ha raccontato e per averci indirizzati a mangiare in questo posto davvero speciale .... Arrivederci ❤️

Immersi nella natura del parco Nazionale del Pollino, esiste una realtà collinare che vi lascerà sorpresi. L’azienda turistica è circondata da prati verdi e se da un lato è circondato dalla catena montuosa appenninica di un parco più grande d’Italia, dall’altro una scenografia da mozzare il fiato: il paese di Morano Calabro

What can I say, excellent welcome and good home-made food, we took two different first courses, both good, the one with the red sauce reminded me of the Sunday sauce and they paired it with a local pasta, a gnocco or a tagliatelle would also go very well.. .. Intrigued by the comments of other diners, we tried a salad with meat cooked at low temperature, olive powder, capers, caramelized onion etc., truly delicious. We concluded with coffee and a top homemade amaro!!! I absolutely recommend going there if you are passing through....
