Wedding on 04/05/2025. Impeccable organisation, maitre Armando, a wonderful and super helpful person together with all the collaborators. Chef Paolo was superb in every dish, all the guests (around 100) were very happy with both the menu and the organisation. We also had the civil ceremony on site, everything was perfect here too, exceptional people and experience!

On Sunday 16 March I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation at your facility. Aside from the beauty of the farm, both the external and internal spaces, I was also thrilled by the kindness of the chef who followed us from the beginning in choosing the menu, satisfying everyone's needs. I would also like to praise the room manager Armando, who with his kindness and patience managed to organize our room perfectly. Quality and quantity of food rated 10, so much so that I received compliments in the following days. Happy to have made an excellent choice in choosing you. Thank you so much.

We booked at this agriturismo at 12.00 after visiting the Cefalá Diana spa. They immediately took our reservation and seated us upon our arrival at a nice table set next to the lit fireplace. Very pleasant location, well-kept and with lovely outdoor spaces, inside the cloister there is also a small church. We ate very well, we went straight to the point without even asking what was on the menu and above all not even knowing the cost. The kind and very polite staff also asked us if we had intolerances or allergies and during lunch I also saw that they were serving something vegetarian to a customer. Much appreciated, we will return.

L'antica Masseria è un luogo incantevole immerso nel verde della campagna siciliana a pochi km da Palermo, subito dopo il paese di Bolognetta sulla Pa/Ag. Qualche domenica fa, insieme a un gruppo di amici, siamo stati lì a pranzo. È andata benissimo, tutto perfetto e curato nei minimi dettagli. Gli antipasti vari, abbondanti e saporiti, i primi eccezionali e i secondi con contorno di verdura e patate buonissimi. Il dolce alla ricotta fresca mi ha colpito per la sua bontà e gusto come anche il buccellato fatto in casa. Tra gli antipasti, tutti ottimi, ho chiesto il bis della montarina fritta con la mortadella e sono stata accontentata da un cameriere gentilissimo. Il servizio è stato veloce e il personale come sempre molto cordiale. Il vino della casa compreso nel costo del menù come anche i liquori digestivi e il caffè danno un tocco caratteristico alla cornice idilliaca del posto. Dopo pranzo ho preso il sole in giardino e ho avuto la possibilità di passare un pò di tempo a contatto con la natura in una atmosfera rilassante e rigenerante. Che posto meraviglioso. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare. Grazie.

Scoperto per un ricevimento per una festa di battesimo. Il primo posto non strettamente vegano che dà delle validissime opzioni. Tutto estremamente buono, mi hanno portato anche il dolce (mai ricevuto il dolce a parte vegano in altri ristoranti). Non le solide verdure grigliate, ma un antipasto, primo e secondo di tutto rispetto. Positivamente sorpresa. Lo consiglierò a chiunque. Ottime anche le opzioni onnivore da quello che mi viene riferito.

Agriturismo Antica Masseria Di Salvo, for me it's my family's first time going for a Christmas lunch. At first glance at the entrance to the farm there was a good impression; what first caught the eye was the large spaces between one table and another, without causing any disturbance among the guests, then very large rooms properly furnished with antique furniture and several old-fashioned fireplaces with the fire lit where the "mulled wine" was freshly prepared, served as a welcome to the customers, appreciated by my family, the excellent quality menu with tasty appetizers, the first ones especially the risotto liked by all, the second one equally accompanied by good wine and finally the dessert of sweets very good, with sparkling wine, coffee and liqueurs. Staff quite professional, friendly, attentive to every table. Recommended for a Christmas lunch or New Year's Eve dinner, or even birthdays, anniversaries.

Christmas lunch.... Characteristic rooms, large and well heated... The menu is plentiful and excellent, from appetizers to fruit and desserts. No flaws. Professional staff, kind to any information or request. An extra point to the two girls in our room for their courtesy and professionalism... I would have given an extra star just for that:...... "Come back full!"
