Antica Masseria Di Salvo In Palermo

I had the pleasure of visiting the masseria during the Ferragosto holiday. It's a charming place surrounded by nature, just outside the city of Palermo, about 30 minutes away. I had a wonderful lunch on Ferragosto, an excellent menu, served by very attentive and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!

An old farmhouse nestled in the Bolognetta countryside. A great place to eat and relax in nature. Fantastic food made with quality local ingredients and impeccable service. Excellent vegetarian options are also available upon request. Highly recommended!

You will be surrounded with beauty and charm in Antica Masseria!The food and service quality was super exceptional and the cuisine is prepared by experienced chefs using local products. I can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Antica Masseria da Salvo for a relative's wedding. The organization and quality of the food were excellent. The location was quiet, bucolic, and very well-maintained. The pool was lovely, set in a perfectly maintained lawn. The only drawback, especially for women wearing high heels (remember, it was a wedding reception), was the old, cemented cobblestone flooring, which made walking on it uncomfortable. However, I appreciate the authenticity of the place. I recommend flat, comfortable shoes. My overall rating is still very high.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this wonderful agriturismo. The location is enchanting, the service excellent, and the chef extremely kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend it for your events. Excellent value.

The place is not the best. I expected much more. To get there you have to go through a stretch of bumpy road. If you are not careful you risk damaging your car.

Un’autentica esperienza di gusto nella tradizione La Masseria di Salvo è molto più di un semplice ristorante: è un viaggio nei sapori autentici della cucina tradizionale, in un’atmosfera calda e accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il locale è curato, rustico ma elegante, immerso nel verde e perfetto sia per una cena romantica che per un pranzo in famiglia o con amici. Il personale è gentile, attento e appassionato, sempre pronto a raccontare la storia dei piatti e a consigliare al meglio. La cucina è il vero punto di forza: ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti freschissimi, molti dei quali a km 0. Le porzioni sono generose, i sapori intensi ma equilibrati, e la presentazione curata senza mai essere eccessiva. Antipasti misti da sogno, primi della tradizione eseguiti con maestria e secondi che sanno davvero di casa. Da non perdere i dolci fatti in casa, semplicemente deliziosi! Un posto in cui si torna volentieri, perché sa di vero. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff per la passione che mettono ogni giorno nel loro lavoro.

Wedding on 04/05/2025. Impeccable organisation, maitre Armando, a wonderful and super helpful person together with all the collaborators. Chef Paolo was superb in every dish, all the guests (around 100) were very happy with both the menu and the organisation. We also had the civil ceremony on site, everything was perfect here too, exceptional people and experience!
