The location of this amazing restaurant is wonderful. Everything was unique and delicious, I had a great time and I would love to go back again. Congratulations to the chef 👨‍🍳 and all the amazing staff 👏👏👏😍❤️❤️❤️

Just had the most amazing meal at this restaurant. The truffles were to die for and the beef. Tartar was amazing. Wonderful service highly recommend.

Delicious food!!! A wonderful atmosphere and great service!!!! The truffle dishes were to die for and the burrata with pear, walnuts and honey divine!!! The beef tartare some of the best we’ve had!!!

We attended a pasta making workshop in this restaurant (via Get your Guide). Really worth your money and effort. What a fun afternoon, ending with eating your own homemade pasta together. Nice atmosphere, good explanation. Top activity.

Had early dinner (6pm) for 2 pax and the place was not yet full Started with buratta salad with pear, walnuts, and honey. The buratta paired well with the sweetness of the pear, walnuts, and honey We also ordered the spaghetti vongole and spaghetti pomodoro. Both were also superb! For our steak, we had the costata. The grilled flavors gave character and the meat was adequately seasoned. We paired our meal with chianti reservi, which was very easy to drink for occasional drinkers. Total was around 90 euros, which I think is reasonable. We had a misunderstanding with the orders. Pappa Al pomodoro was first served instead of spaghetti pomodoro but they were very kind and changed our order. Finally, we got free shots on the house before leaving. Would have loved to have dessert but we were really full. Would highly recommend!

07/12/2024: Decided to try as the review rating was high. There was a queue waiting to get a table inside. But if you are willing to sit outside, there's no queue. We took a table outside and ordered a pizza to share. Pizza came within 12mins and it tasted nice. Will be happy to try some of their other pizza.
04/12/2024: Che dire....un vero personaggio!! Simpatia goliardia e tanta attenzione e professionalità! Segue tutto con estrema e rigida accortezza , perché il cliente non deve essere solo soddisfatto ma " coccolato" .. il locale è in pazza santo Spirito, nel cuore di Firenze ...e incastonato in questa preziosa alcova , c'è il nostro Gustapanino... Qui gusti la tradizione con un tocco di genialità... forse follia è più azzeccata, conoscendo il padrone di casa ...Taglieri , polpette, patate arrosto , panini, primi piatti , tagliate .. qui tutto è fatto con attenzione al prodotto è alla qualità... Noi abbiamo scelto il locale per dare un tocco effervescente ad una cena di lavoro...e Pasquale come sempre ,non ci ha deluso ... Tappa più che consigliata se si passa da Firenze... Pasquale è perfetto , anche a Natele o Ferragosto Un grazie a Gustapanino e a tutto lo staff
